Two Casitas Rental Policies

Whether you are coming to ski Santa Fe, take in its fabulous restaurants, and world class museums, visit the Pueblos and the ancient ruins of their Native American ancestors. Or you just want to experience the splendor of our magnificent vast blue skies, making Two Casitas vacation rentals your home away from home will assure your visit is a memorable one.

Our rentals are fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Experience and enjoy Santa Fe's vibrant history, cultural distinction and natural beauty. Walk to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, shops and museums. Enjoy skiing, day spas, hiking, bicycling and rafting, and visit nearby Pueblos and their Native American culture.

• Additional Fee - 8.0625% tax (Gross receipts)
  
• Additional Fee - 7.0% tax (City of Santa Fe lodgers tax for legal and permitted houses)
  
• Low Season Dates - Nov. 1 ~ April 30
  High Season Dates - May 1 ~ Oct. 31, including holidays and local events
• Open Year-Round
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a Casita, with the balance due on arrival. We will gladly refund your deposit, less a $20.00 handling fee,
  only if we can rebook the Casita for the dates cancelled.
• A one time cleaning fee will be added as follows: Studios: $50; One Bedroom: $75; Two Bedroom: $100; and Three Bedroom: $150.
• Additional Costs: City of Santa Fe Taxes
• Check-in time: 3 pm and on.
• Check-out time: 11 am.
• Call for check-in procedures.
• Accepted methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa or American Express for 50% Deposit; personal check, cash, and Travelers' checks for Balance Due.
• Children welcome in most homes. Please Ask.
• Our basic policy is "No Pets", but exceptions can be made. Call us. Extra dog fee of $50 applies.
• No pets permitted in Rio Grande and El Caminito
• All Casitas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, on porches only.
• A violation of the No Smoking Policy will result in a $250 mandatory cleaning fee.
