Casa de Gracia is located in a charming neighborhood perfect for walking and exploring dozens of galleries, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, museums, historic sites, The Plaza, Santa Fe River, and nearby parks.

The living area is flooded with natural light and is centered around a cozy and atmospheric gas fireplace and smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook with granite countertops, a matching backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining room seats up to eight guests.

The primary suite has a king bed, a spacious en-suite bath, and it opens onto the rear garden. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds, and they share a hallway bathroom. There is a separate guest house/casita that has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and an additional kitchen.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was absolutely stunning! The house felt very private and secluded but was a short walk to the arts district or the plaza. The house was spacious, clean, modern, and beautiful. Even better than the pictures!

We loved staying in this house
We loved staying in this house. We are a group of artists and entrepreneurs and loved the location right off Canyon Road. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. The house is well appointed and everything was very clean. We will be back!
