Beautiful location and great house!
We loved this authentic Santa Fe home! Their extra special touch of personalized toiletries, welcome chips, salsa, wine and coffee greeted us. Internet is a bit spotty, but otherwise we loved it!

Great place many types of groups.
This house was extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and just hang out. The beds are really great. The only negative for us was that the listing said all the king beds could be separated into twins and despite having communicated that 3 times to the property managers and receiving confirmation, they were not separated. It left us slightly panicked in trying to give each teenager their own bed for higher Covid safety. Besides that little hiccup, the place was absolutely perfect and we would definitely rent again if the opportunity presents itself.

I have rented several vacation places over the internet. This is the first one that exceeded the photos and descriptions online and the second is https://santafe-vacationrentals.com/ the one we used previously. It’s a spectacular location that is close to the Plaza and also Canyon Road.
Fantastic Find
We had a wonderful time at Desert Breeze this weekend!! What a beautiful place! The location is perfect and if you have a dog there’s a park area to walk just across the street. The owners have taken extreme care to all the little details in the Casa!! We loved
our little gift of chips and salsa and the bottle of wine!! Thanks for making our stay here special.

Nice house, wonderful backyard
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is in walking distance to the railroad area and farmers market. The house is older with what seems to be additions. One of the bathrooms has a very low ceiling which was hard for our taller members. The living room has an odd two separate seating areas, but it worked well for us as it allowed everyone their own space to sleep. The only issue we had was that after a very heavy rain there was a strong odor (sewage type smell) that came from the floor in the hallway. We contacted management about it but I’m not sure there was much to be done. None of the plumbing had any issues whatsoever, so it was very strange. But the jewel of this house was the backyard! It is small but beautiful and well outfitted for outdoor dining. We loved the cool evenings, sitting outside, enjoying a meal while our children and dog played in the grass. Over all, a very nice stay.

Desert Breeze - Perfect Spot in Santa Fe
We wanted to spend a few days in Santa Fe to discover all the wonderful food and art. The Desert Breeze Casita was a perfect place to stay. The home is beautifully decorated and has great attention to details. The artwork throughout the home of the owner/artist was a bonus. The home was a good location to see both the downtown plaza and The Railyard. We were provided with great recommendations for dining and sight-seeing. I would highly recommend this place to friends.

Two Casitas is absolutely wonderful.
This was the best experience. The house was perfectly clean - for real. Super clean. The amenities such as the wine, chips and salsa, toiletries (lip balm!) were unexpected and thoughtful. The location is great for walking to town and the furnishings were great. Made our stay in Santa Fe wonderful.

We are so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. The home and its location are exactly as-advertised, and as you can see by our other reviews, most guests find it to be a satisfactory home in a great location. We provide four sets of towels in each of the three bathrooms, so there should be two sets of towels for each person, as well as laundry available in the home for your use. We can provide additional towels and linens upon request, but unfortunately you did not reach out to request these items during your stay. Per our most recent inventory, we have 8 full sets of dinnerware, which is generally enough for the six people who are allowed to stay at the home. Had you informed us that there was dinnerware missing, we would have been happy to replace it! Due to Santa Fe's less-than-ideal infrastructure, internet outages do occur from time to time, but we quickly provided a wifi hotspot for your use and had the internet fully functioning again within a few hours. If any future guests have concerns about the home, its amenities, or its location, please do not hesitate to ask us before booking.
A Gem!
We stayed almost a week and had a fantastic time at this lovely place. Easy walking distance to the Plaza. The property had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen several times and there was a great supply of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Everything was super clean. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely beautiful home with lots of space for a family.
We spent Thanksgiving in this fabulous home and had the experience we had hoped for. My family, husband, two children and their spouses, one 3 year old. We were able to have our own privacy and be together when we wanted. Kitchen made for many happy memories of cooking and eating together. We will book again for sure!
