We loved our casita! The decor was fantastic, the beds were comfy and the house included everything we needed

Have rented from Two Casitas on numerous occasions and their properties are all well maintained and as advertised

Casa Ladera was a great house. The entire family loved it! For a large group the two living areas and large outside spaced gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and dining area, which made it easy for our group to eat and snack. Beds were comfortable, yay.

We spent 4 nights for New Year’s at this property and it was a lovely stay in a beautiful and comfortable house.
There are three rental homes at the same location so there was room for all of us. 10 adults , 4 teenagers and 2 children..
The Kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking a nice dinner to celebrate and practical enough for us to gather around the island for breakfast or a snack.
Spacious bedrooms with big tv’s . Comfy beds, nice linens and super nice bathrooms.

The house decor was really nice and pretty, especially the antiques, the colors, the bathroom tile. everything was clean. the posted procedures were clear, handy , and not snarky. parking was handy, location good for those of use who could walk a bit. we took our dogs and that saves us quite a bit of money

Good location and value

We could have used a few more towels, blankets and T.P. We had 4 teenage girls with lots of long hair in the group and they all want two towels, one to wrap around their hair. We would have like a few more blankets to use on chilly nights. We had to buy some additional T.P. as well. Overall, great house, I just thought you'd appreciate hearing some of the little things since this house is new to your rotation. Also, I think there are some quirky electrical things in the casita kitchen, we didn't use the kitchenette in there, but it seemed to not really work.

Beautiful, immaculate, well stocked with kitchen and household supplies (towels, soaps, laundry soap, utensils, etc). Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We even borrowed a spice from a neighbor on Christmas day and they were lovely. Parking is easy. We walked to town every day, so convenient! Central to lots of sites and hikes. Great location, super clean. Enjoyed our stay!

While the living room furniture looked great and enhanced the decor, consider more comfortable seating that preserves the desired look and feel of the home. While on vacation, many people love to lounge around, catch up on Netflix and sometimes nap. The antique chairs were very cool but not conducive to sitting for long periods. The rocking chair wasn't too bad but the straight-back chair and settee sofa were not comfortable. All of the greatness this home had to offer was a bit offset by this issue for our family. This is a matter of personal taste and preferences and we would likely mention this fact to anyone we were to refer. Overall, a very good experience minus this one nitpick. Two Casitas is a very professionally run group with a nice variety of properties. We will use the service again. Thank you for a great experience!

Carmel is a lovely casita and we had a delightful stay. A memorable Christmas trip to be sure, and everything was dynamite.

Casa Ladera was a beautiful home and we were pleased to see that it was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the large deck with mountain and city views. It is also close to the square and multiple dining options.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped,,charmingly decorated, lovely location, very responsive staff.

Easy property access and easy to find. The layout was good, furniture comfortable kitchen adequately tooled for cooking. Bathrooms very nice and plenty of room in the bedrooms. The location is just on the edge of downtown and easy driving to anything of interest. Not much to walk to, though. So a car is necessary. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely house. Would definitely return.

This property was wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. Well appointed, nice furnishings, and beautiful natural light. We were there over Thanksgiving, and, with the help of a few aluminium pans, were able to make a full dinner in the kitchen. Would eagerly stay again! Bonus for the lovely fireplace.

The casita is very well furnished and well located - the Plaza and Railway district are within a 15 minute walk. We had a snowy stay, but the unit was very cosy with the underfloor heating. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!
