Clean and cozy. Easy access to Santa Fe shopping....maybe a mile. We had a group of 10 women and the layout worked for us. Great weather and awesome views! Well stocked too.

The property and host met or exceeded all expectations. Home is in nearly new condition, reasonable walking distance to the Plaza and associated activities. Spotlessly clean- a big priority to us.

We were 6 couples and the house was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc., everything you need if you want to cook. Just bring your food and drinks. HomeAway had some incorrect info for keying in the front door. When I requested clarification from the property managers they responded quickly and confirmed the info THEY provided was correct. All was well! Loved the house, it was perfect for the 6 of us! I would highly recommend it!

Great location easy walking to shopping, groceries, galleries, museums and restaurants. Extremely quiet, comfortable, attractive, clean and well maintained. Loved having an attached garage.

We thought the hoe was lovely, plenty of room for everyone. The bathroom shades do not match in color, the bathroom walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Nice touch would be to iron the bed sheets. We were very pleased, these are just observations and would not keep us from recommending your properties or from returning.

My husband and I were well taken care of at TwoCasitas! We received a Santa Fe planning guide in the mail prior to arrival and a call, text, and emails from the property managers making sure we had all of the details needed to check into the house. The roads surrounding this property are pretty narrow, but our GPS got us there with no problems. The house is slightly outside of downtown—you will have about a 15-20min walk to get to the main plaza area—we love the exercise so we didn’t mind it. Everything was very clean and well kept inside and out. We felt right at home and had a wonderfully relaxing stay! Thank you TwoCasitas!

Two Casitas truly care about the people that are staying in their properties. Clean, very well furnished, and the best pillows and beds I have ever slept on!
All in all we were so happy that we picked Casa Artista for our lodging during our recent stay in Santa Fe. It was perfect for us.
This is a beautiful property and exceeded our expectations. Perfect place for two couples as each bedroom had its own bathroom.
The kitchen is very well appointed both in terms of appliances as well as pots/pans, etc. We had a great time cooking a couple of meals and relaxing at home.
The property was very peaceful and we enjoyed all the nooks and crannies with seating areas. We could enjoy relaxing as a group or get some privacy in the smaller patio areas.
The running joke is that we were 0.8 miles from everywhere we visited, restaurants, galleries, etc. We love the fact that we could walk everywhere, especially since we wanted to take full advantage of the Wine and Chile Fiesta.
We definitely felt like we got a 5-star experience.
We will definitely look at staying at this property again as we visit Santa Fe at least once per year.
Thank you Christine for that lovely and glowing report! Yes, we do try to have properties within a "certain" close distance to town so that guests can do just that - walk everywhere!! The town was full of wine and chile participants so we're glad you were able to attend... we look forward to having you back at Two Casitas next year... until then.... Thank you!
Overall a great stay. The one issue we had was that there was no coffee pot and the manager brought us one within an hour (great service). It was clean and very convenient to the city! Overall the price of condo looked awesome when I first pulled it up, but once you added in the cleaning fee and all the other fees it about doubles per night. In the end it was worth it. Couple of recommendations:
1. Add a couple more small shelves in the bathroom for guests to put toiletries.
2. You did a nice job labeling some of the the light switches, I would label them all!
3. Add a lock on the inside of the door (if the door lock stays the same we worried about someone breaking in while we are there with the code.
4. Raise the mirror in the hall so it can be used as a body mirror.
5. Get some foam pillows as well as the feather for those that like a thicker pillow.
Other than these small things, it really was a great stay.
Seriously- this was a terrific experience. The casita was authentic, tasteful, comfortable and cozy. The decor was elegantly rustic and inviting. It was stocked with everything you could need, including a state of the art washer/dryer. Our hosts were helpful, engaging and respectful. This is THE place you want in Santa Fe!

Really enjoyed our stay! Only reason for not giving the cleanliness a 5 star was we felt bedroom carpets needed to be cleaned. Everything else was great!
Dear Julie, thank you for the nice report, and I just had the carpets steam cleaned myself. It was hard to coordinate the service since they are so very busy in Santa Fe ALL the time. But rest assured your comments did not go unnoticed. We are known for cleanliness and feel badly this somehow was overlooked. Thank you for the comments and we hope to see you again.

Enjoyed the easy walking access to downtown. Plumbing problems were addressed quickly with management. A little difficult to find the alley, but once found, easy afterwards. Plenty of seating areas both inside and outdoors.
Thank you for the review! A lot of traditional Santa Fe homes have somewhat antiquated plumbing, and while we work hard to stay on top of it, it is often impossible to avoid all mishaps. We do work with every guest that experiences issues of any kind at our homes to resolve them as quickly and conveniently as possible. We are also always available to assist guests with locating their unit, as much of Santa Fe is less than straightforward from a navigational perspective. We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.

The house was sparkly clean, cheerful and sunny. We loved the location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping -- and best of all, the farmer's market - in the Railyard district. We spent our days hiking and exploring Ghost Ranch, Bandelier, and Pecos National Parks. Some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! Our dog loved the fenced back yard, which was a great place for people to hang out at the end of long day too. The ceiling fans and wall-mounted AC units kept bedrooms cool (note that there is not central AC as the listing indicates). The real estate manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. All around, a perfect spot for a late summer vacation with teenagers and canine companions. We will definitely be back!
