After driving six hours from Denver to Santa Fe, opening the door to Encantada was like stepping into a warm embrace. We immediately knew this was the perfect base to relax and explore Santa Fe. Thoughtful touches welcomed us including a bottle of wine, tortilla chips and green chili salsa. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a bag of Starbucks coffee in the fridge and put the coffee maker to good use first thing the next morning.

Two Casitas, the management company, provided a list on the refrigerator of local restaurants and activities in the area. We prefer to try local restaurants when we travel, so we ate at several on the recommended list (most were within walking distance of the house) and especially enjoyed Sazón. We also like to cook–and unlike many of the rental properties we’ve stayed at that “technically” have a kitchen, but there are almost no utensils or pans to actually cook with–the newly remodeled chef’s kitchen at Encantada has a large island and gas stovetop, and is fully stocked with utensils, pots and a very nice set of chef’s knives. There was even a blender for making our breakfast smoothies! After seeing how well equipped the kitchen was, I decided to make pasta with shrimp and a homemade pesto.

The rest of the house was just as well appointed as the kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one on the first floor and three on the second. Three have en-suite bathrooms and the fourth has a bathroom just outside it. There’s also a powder room on the first floor. The master bathroom is large and also looked newly remodeled.

There’s a balcony on the second floor where you can look out at the mountains, and several sitting areas outside where you can enjoy a quiet moment to read. There are TVs and sitting areas on both floors. The wide circular staircase is the centerpiece of Encantada. The three bedrooms on the second floor and the sitting area are each located off the circular landing that surrounds the staircase. We especially enjoyed the coziness of the sitting area on the second floor.

The description said it was close to the city plaza, and it was no exaggeration – it took us less than fifteen minutes to walk to the plaza and ten minutes to walk to the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum. We will definitely book Encantada again!

Beautiful house - great accommodations for a larger group. We had 11 people stay at the house and it worked perfectly! Quick drive or walk into town (about 10-15 minute walk). Property managers were super responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! One suggestion - make the sofa in the living area of the "mother-in-law" suite a pull-out to accommodate even more people!

Beyond perfect! Stunning house on the hill. We booked this house for our family of 9. The photos looked amazing but in person this house is beyond incredible. From the decor to the layout of the rooms, we couldnt have asked for a more perfect house and location - close to the plaza - for our vacation. Thank you Two Casitas!

We enjoyed a lovely five days at Besos. The casita was well appointed, immaculate, and charming. Great location within walking distance to
Canyon Rd and all the galleries. Hope to return again...

We just had a comfortable, home-like feeling at La Luz.

Our stay in Santa Fe at Serenidad was delightful. Serenidad is a lovely home, beautifully decorated with pure Santa Fe charm. It is roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. A nearby coffee shop provided us with breakfast, and a walk to the Plaza gave us numerous options for dinner. So convenient! We plan to stay in Serenidad again!

The artist adobe was a bit like winning a lottery. We walked in and the four of us knew we had scored a great place!! Clean, quiet, nicely stocked kitchen, a working kiva and so close to the center of town that it was an easy walk. Couldn’t have asked for a better combination. I would highly recommend it to anyone and plan on coming back in the future.

The condo was perfect for our stay in Santa Fe! The decor and the accommodations are top notch. If you want to experience the style and essence of this historical city, then this vacation home will not disappoint! Since we love to cook and grill, I was particularly excited that the kitchen and outdoor BBQ are super nice. Also, if you like to shop, the plaza is in walking distance, and markets are conveniently located as well. Lastly, the hosts are super receptive and ensure that your needs are met! We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this casita. Great location, very clean and cozy. I plan on staying here again during 2018 visits.

My two sisters and I had a marvelous weed long Christmas stay in Santa Fe at this property. Location is excellent - the plaza, great neighborhood bakery, terrific restaurants, Georgia Keefe Museum - all within easy walking distance. Convenient access to all major thoroughfares if you need to travel by car. The unit is well equipped with kitchen items. We prepared meals just like we would at home. The WiFi was reliable and fast. The guest info book was very informative and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay and be good guests. Parking for rental car was amble and convenient. The bedrooms and baths were well equipped. The beds were snuggly with enough blankets and pillows. Loved the fireplace. If you want an experience with "old Santa Fe" house vibe with a modern twist, this is the place to stay. FIVE STARS! We thank you so much!

So convient to Canyon Road and other SF attractions - about a mile or so walk to the plaza. Check in/check out super easy. The Two Casita staff is very attentive and the casita is well appointed.
Great stay - all the way around!

Casa Encantada exceeded our expectations! When we arrived, we found the house was immaculate and we were delighted to find a welcome basket with a bottle of wine along with chips and salsa. A really nice touch. The house is so tastefully decorated with just enough decor but not too much to make it feel cluttered. We were four families staying in the house and we had more than enough room to spread out. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the downstairs living room and listening to music. Everything we needed was provided for us from the firewood to the laundry detergent. We could also easily walk to the Plaza from the house. The only thing I would add would be bar stools in the kitchen. Thank you - we hope to come back soon!

We spent a few hours at the nearby Children’s Museum and put the Center for Contemporary Arts on the list for our next visit.

We returned to Serenidad as a home base for the afternoon and evening. There is not a thing we found wanting from a vacation home. We had a plenty of goodies in the fridge we bought at the surprisingly well-stocked Kaune’s market. The kitchen had all the space and appliances we needed to cook a family-sized meal.

It was an easy walk to the Plaza and a short drive to the galleries on Canyon road.

We will be returning!

Our favorite room had to be the living room with its pure “New Mexico” feel - high ceilings with exposed vigas, kiva fireplace, brick flooring, and charming southwest decor. We spent our first evening just relaxing and reading fireside, sunken into the plush and warm leather couch.

Fabulous. I know I gave 5 stars for every question but I genuinely mean it - your service, convenience, accessibility, value, and more exceeded expectations. Thank you! I didn’t need to contact your team - everything was clear abc straightforward.

The location is perfect. QUIET, comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure and comes with parking. We were delighted with this cozy place - perfect for a couple. Upon our arrival there was snacks and wine at the ready, bathroom did contain soap and shampoo/conditioner, there was even coffee ground in the frig. In addition, the service support was great. They checked in with us regarding our check in and our stay. We would highly recommend this lovely casita.

Overall my experience was very good I love the Casita all those small for two people return alone to stay at the Casita When I first called to find out why I was charged buy HomeAway I was upset about the person that told me what the charge was all about and it took several days to get an answer and I was disappointed to be charged extra because I had contacted the owner directly I had never experienced this before
