The house is beatiful, my family of five with my wife and 3 teenager children really enjoyed the house, it has a great living room with a fireplace with plenty of wood and a very large sofa, a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We have never been in a house with radiant heat and is amazing, the floor and all the house is very warm, you could walk barefoot and not feel cold at all. The location is great, 10 min walking from downtown and 35 min driving to ski Santa Fe. The people at Two Casitas respond very fast and they have many details that make you feel that they care for you to have a great stay. I really recommend the house.

Outstanding view. Place was spotless and comfortable.

Two Casitas is exactly as described. Location is terrific. Close to shops, museums and restaurants. The hosts kept us informed as it got closer to our reservation dates. Instructions were very easy to follow. The parking pass at the hotel across the street was wonderfully convenient. The bed was comfortable as was the other furniture in the apartment. Plenty of towels and pillows. We would stay again if we return to Santa Fe.

What a spectacular casita! It is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. I love the covered parking right by the door. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the Casita and in the quiet and bucolic neighborhood. It was a 5 minute walk to Canyon Rd shops and restaurants and in another 5-10 minutes you can be in the plaza. No need to fight for parki g anywhere!

Our stay was wonderful. The home’s location was very convenient to the Plaza and Railyard areas. The home was represented accurately and was well appointed. Extremely clean and comfortable in a quiet gated neighborhood. We would most certainly stay there again!

AMAZING home in downtown Santa Fe. Fantastic location. The photos don't do this home justice. It is a stunning home with beautiful and classy decor, the artwork, furniture, rugs, etc. Huge updated modern bathrooms, lots of attention to details. They supplied laundry detergent for the washer. There was even an electric vehicle charging cable. Lovely outside sitting areas, including a covered patio table. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, bowls glasses, dishes etc. Close to the plaza and restaurants (4 minute drive), walking distance to a beautiful park with pickleball courts, and a huge playground. If you're interested in an upscale home, close to everything, book this place.

Great place! Love the area, quiet but very close to the square. One can walk to every major site, and Cerillo Rd is right around the corner for all the big box stores. Walk to many excellent restaurants and bars on the margarita trail.
The casa is comfortable, although the mattresses are a little hard. Great bathrooms! Good water pressure and tall showers. Lots of towels. The fireplace was a must have, and it didn’t disappoint. Just enough wood to last a week, and I had brought my own kindling. We enjoyed the coffee that was provided, but a new coffee maker would be advised.
All told, five star place for two couples!

This was a ski getaway for six girlfriends. The house was so comfy and so were the beds. The kitchen had anything that we needed. Great house and casita!

Muy bonita casa, todo muy limpio

This place was dreamy! Very peaceful and pretty and comfortable. Dish ware/cookware and linens seemed new. No pantry items other than coffee, but really that’s the most important. Very easy checkout process. Would go back!

Everything we needed and wanted!

This house was super clean, and I’m very picky. I like that it was uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well done. The refrigerator was immaculate. This was a quality experience.

Beautiful and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable. The parking spaces were tight, as in much of Santa Fe. We were glad that we didn’t have a larger car.
Thoughtful welcome and great communication. We look forward to our next stay there.

Beautiful and spotless place with huge bedrooms and close to the downtown area. My family was extremely comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

What makes this a 4/4.5 instead of a 5 - it is on the pricier end, and it didn’t quite feel like the same value we’ve experienced at other Airbnbs in a similar range (both in the area and elsewhere).

We had also tried to update our stay from 4 nights to 3 but was initially declined as they mentioned a 4 night stay was required, though even then and now the listing says a 3 night minimum. They accommodated our request after I shared a screenshot, so this just felt a little sketch.

Great place

We LOVED staying here! Beautiful space with everything we needed. Comfy and warm during colder nights, we enjoyed using the fireplace. Easy walking distance to the plaza on a quiet street. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.
