We enjoyed the location which was within a 15-minute walk of the plaza. The accommodations were lovely with lots of local art, skylights, and spaciousness. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts were clear. We didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, walking distance to the central plaza. You have all that you need.

The place was great — full of unique art and the furniture is much more comfy and baiting in person than in the photos!

We loved our stay at Casa Noosa! The house and grounds are lovely and true to the photos. The kitchen is convenient, and cookware, glasses and tableware are ample. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The location is fabulous, just a mile from downtown and a shopping center with two grocery stores and a CVS. The house does have a few quirks and multiple stairs. But our group - which ranged from 5 years old to 65 - had no problems. We enjoyed Christmas there and would love to see it in the summer!

Very spacious. Pretty grounds. The house is oddly proportioned and the upstairs bathroom has questionable privacy. There is no garage for guest use as stated in the advert.

An absolutely lovely stay with very comfortable beds, space for everyone to relax, amazing hot tub, games to play like Monopoloy and Scattegories, and plenty of reading material.

When I return to NM( to explore more hikes and amazing cultural ruins everywhere), this will be my writer’s retreat!

Walkable neighborhood was great!
We went up to ski during the day and it was a perfect place for us to relax.

A beautiful place with a wood burning fireplace and well stocked with firewood. Beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space. It was cold in town when we stayed, and the radiant heat from the floor was great. The jacuzzi jets in the master bath were not working during our visit, but we survived, and that’s the only thing that was (slightly) disappointing. Great place and we’ll definitely stay again

The house was a lovely old Santa Fe historical home within my minutes of all Santa Fe has to offer.

I previously stayed at another Two Casitas property in Santa Fe back in April of 2025 (Luna Historic Adobe), had a great experience, and felt very comfortable booking with them again. However, the experience at Wisteria was not nearly as good. The photos of the front yard are misleading. The photos show lush greenery, a colorful birdbath, and a vibrant outdoor space. In reality, the yard is somewhat rundown with dying vegetation and the outdoor furniture is in need of a refresh. We arrived a few minutes after the posted 4pm check in time. Two Casitas knew we would be there at 4pm because I also ordered a charcuterie board from their preferred vendor to be delivered at that time. We arrived to find the cleaning crew parked in the only designated spot for the unit. Clearly, they just arrived and were barely getting started with the process. I asked for an 11am checkout on day of departure after explaining the issue at check in which was denied with no reference to check in snafu

I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one ranks up there as one of the best! The attention to detail, cleanliness, ease of check in and out, responsive communication with management company were all OUTSTANDING!!!! Local restaurants that are a must: Back Road Pizza / El Comal Cafe / Joe’s Tequila Bar, and of course Pantry! Visit Meow Wolf for an added experience.

This home is exactly as pictured and described - it looks brand new. The location is excellent - an easy walk to the plaza and many restaurants. The kitchen has beautiful appliances, and they even stock wood for a cozy fire. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious linens. The artwork is charming and I really appreciated the thoughtful bathroom items - including a much needed lip balm for Santa Fe’s dry climate. This is a wonderful home for a Santa Fe get away!

Our stay was excellent. The home was beautiful and clean. A home away from home in a gorgeous location. No complicated check-in or check-out procedures. A very professionally run rental. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

This is vey nice apartment right in the Santa Fe Plaza across from hotel La Fonda. The famous Cathedral Basilica of St Francis of Assisi is just up the block and it is pleasant to hear the church bells. Everything is within walking distance --- eg restaurants, shops, museums. The apartment has vigas and is elegantly decorated in traditional Santa Fe style. I would definitely stay here again. Communication is excellent. Highly recommended.
