We had a wonderful stay here for our girls trip (4 people). The house was super clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Very quick to respond to any issues that came up.

The home had great amenities, plenty of bathroom towels, nice linens, and very comfortable beds. All of the decor/art is so immersive and makes you feel right at home in Santa Fe!

The driveway is on the steeper side with gravel so the drive up can be rough, just something to keep in mind. We skidded a few times. The walk between the houses was a bit chilly during our winter stay so we took the car back and forth but I am sure it’s so lovely and an enjoyable walk in warmer weather. Keep in mind two of the bedrooms (out of 5) that have the big beds are in the smaller house on the property; not the main house. We misunderstood that from the pictures in the listing but that’s on us.

Overall, a great stay and a place we’d definitely recommend

This is a beautiful place to stay! Spacious and comfortable! Kitchen has everything you could need! We really enjoyed it!! Close to downtown—you need a car but once you’re there you feel so relaxed!! Definitely recommend!!

Great space for hosting a larger group. Lots of bathrooms and beds. Amazing linens. Easy to relax and enjoy time at the home- great easy to use fireplaces! Decorated well and felt very much like you would expect when visiting the west. Close to things nearby with some walkable.

I would absolutely stay here again. The place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything they needed. It feels like a bit of a nit really, but the communication was average at best. It feels like a lot of their systems are automated so you don’t get great or quick responses. But I wouldn’t let that keep me from renting from them again - I would just adjust my own expectations.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was first rate. Very well appointed space and the location was perfect for walking to the square. The management company’s service was responsive, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here! One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I loved how the house was tucked back off the road, felt safe with our two young kiddos. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four, the kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated all the wood for making fires! I can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful space in a great location. We had the family there for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed the quiet with the deck and yard, as well as walking to all the activities in the square. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful spot. Met all our expectations and then some. The location is perfect!! A mile walk to the square and a couple blocks to the rail yard. Backyard was perfect for our pooch. He's an escape artist and we're always worried about fencing, but the yard was securely buttoned up for a hound dog.

Highly recommended. If we ever go back to Santa Fe we'll be staying here again.

The home is beautiful, views fantastic, and is in very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to prepare a full Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. It was perfect for a family gathering of 3 generations.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!
We celebrated Thanksgiving here with a family group of 10, and the space was perfect for all of us—comfortable, spacious, and very well laid out. The location was incredible with breathtaking views, and it was easy to get to nearby grocery stores and all the attractions we had planned. We had a seamless, memorable stay and would recommend!
