Clean and comfortable home. Convenient location.

We (4 women) stayed at Wisteria on a week long "gal pal" trip from Virginia. We loved Wisteria and it was as described and pictured, walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, the square, etc. It was comfortable, cozy (especially with the fireplace on!) and we had no complaints at all. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with many amenities, like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwashers pods, laundry pods, etc. We loved how beautifully, but simply it was decorated. The furniture was comfortable and nice. The master bed mattress was a little hard for me, but that is a personal preference. All in all, Wisteria was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it! Two Casitas was responsive quickly to calls and easy to work with.

House one is .one of the cleanest I have stayed in(and I’ve been to a lot) very well decorated, comfy beds, easy entry..Highly recommend..

Everything was spotless!
Kitchen was wonderfully appointed (even had both a drip coffee & nespresso pod espresso maker). Allowing us to visit the farmers market & cook a few relaxed meals at home with the freshest Santa Fe offerings.
The private fenced front courtyard & outdoor dining area was beautiful! The backyard fire pit & deck were incredibly relaxing and offered phenomenal sunsets!
Made nightly use of the living room fireplace and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere that provided.
Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples to gather without feeling like we were on top of each other.
The home was less than 10 minutes from galleries, fine dining, hiking trails, & historic
Santa Fe plaza. Grocery stores (including Whole Foods & Sprouts) were within a 15 minute drive.
Would love to return & stay here again!

Casa Noosa was beautiful and exactly how described and photos accurately showed both inside and outside. There was a lovely welcome gift. Place was immaculate. When we arrived it was not totally clear that we needed to park in the back, but we figured it out. The house is spacious with lots of sitting areas. The architectural details, pottery, etc, are remarkable. The house is 10 minutes from town. The kitchen is well-stocked and you can eat a meal at the house if you do grocery shopping. The one aspect to take note of is that the house is multi-leveled and you have to walk up and down steps even to enter the first floor. This would not have been an issue except that on my first day in Santa Fe, I tripped, broke my ankle and needed a boot and crutches The house is not conducive to a disabled guest, but we made the best of it. The house's caretaker was very sweet and helpful. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed it.

Santa Fe magic! The house was cozy yet spacious for our family trip (6 adults 2 kids). Perfect location, felt secluded in the mountains yet close to fantastic restaurants, shopping and museums. The view was beautiful with the most spectacular sunsets.
House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for meal prep.
We would definitely book again.

Bright, big place at the end of a quiet street, 5 min walk to art, shops and food at rail yard and really only a 15 min walk to the central plaza.

The place is solidly set up to have a great stay, lovely linens, stocked kitchen and bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. You are greeted with a few snacks and there is everything needed to make coffee.
Checkout is as easy as can be, just lock the door when you leave.

Comms were good with the mgmt co., small hiccups were acknowledged quickly and managed with kindness.

Go to the Railyard Artisan Market on sat/sun for locally made items sold by the artists - get something special and a variety for everyone’s price range.

Hummingbird is a very clean, comfortable, cottage located very close to the Santa Fe city centre. Close proximity to shops, grocery store, the DeVargas Mall, CVS , etc. Excellent kitchen, appliance’s, TVs etc. Single bathroom shower seems older than the rest of the fit out, but works fine. A great 2 bedroom vacation unit.

Pluses & minuses for Two Casitas. The interior space was very comfortable and well appointed, however, guests should be informed of its location on a busy, noisy street and the lack of safe lighting on its entrance drive when walking. A light with a motion sensor would be helpful. Two Casitas email & text communications were terrific, but would have appreciated printed material on Santa Fe, such as a map, restaurant recommendations, local events & things to do. Aside from some easy corrections, the location was terrific!

Place was just as described. Coffee and snacks were left for us which was a nice touch. Thanks and looking forward to returning!!

Fantastic stay! Lovely home for our visit to Santa Fe. Would definitely stay here again.

Classic old Santa Fe Adobe. Built into a hillside, which is great design for heating and cooling, but it’s dark and the lighting in this house is terrible, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, however. The flow is pretty awkward with the master bath as a hallway and not a great bathroom.
Two Casitas is a management company, and we’re not very helpful, not quick to respond, and had an early check out, which is not cool.

The Carmel Casa is a great little Santa Fe getaway. It's walking distance (if you are up for 1/2mile walk) from the market/plaza and aesthetically perfect for the Santa Fe vibe. The kitchen was perfect - we cooked breakfast and dinner there. It's private, clean, cute, and comfy. I know others complained about the parking, but I had no issue with it. It could be tight if you have a big SUV, but it seemed typical for Santa Fe.

The folks who manage the property were responsive and kind. I'll be back. Thank you!
