The location was the best. Right near downtown & a 15 minute walk to everything. House was cute & charming. The two upstairs bedrooms were really nice and adjoined a sunny patio. The service was surprisingly subpar. The sink spotted up & dishwasher didn’t work. The host was slow to respond & didn’t do anything while we were there. In addition it was clear hot tub had not been serviced because the chlorine canister was empty. There was no hot tub service the entire time we were there. We aren’t sure what was going on but we think this could be an excellent experience with a bit better service.

This is right in the heart of the Canyon Road art district and walkable to downtown, but the bedroom is right on the street. Fortunately, it quiets down after the galleries close. The outdoor space is really nice and private, but the whole indoor space has only one window, which is very difficult to open and close. The amount of furniture is more than adequate for the size, but there is only one chair indoor and one outdoor comfortable enough to sit and read a book in. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is tiny but well equipped. There were also some nice extras provided by the management company.

This is a beautiful home with fantastic views. It's very quiet, peaceful, and private. There are so many thoughtful touches that create an elevated yet cozy gathering space. You can happily stay in - wrapped up in a faux fur blanket on the porch watching the sunset - yet the home is close enough to easily go out to dinner. A well-stocked kitchen is an understatement; it has everything you may need, down to a muffin tin and waffle iron. We were thrilled to have coffee there for us, and to have things we would need but inevitably forget to buy, like aluminum foil, in a drawer. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed as a group of 8 without kids, and would LOVE to do it again. I would highly recommend this place for friends and to those with older children. Truly a great Airbnb!

Great comfortable place. Spacious living room enjoyed kiva fireplace. Easy walk to railyard. Extremely quiet at night. Very pet friendly. Perfect for a stay on Santa Fe

The property was very nice but the parking was a little challenging, especially for a full sized pickup truck. We had to back down a gravel alley behind the property to access the back door or we had to back out of the alley if we pulled in head first. There was just no space to turn a full size truck around in the alley. But that was a minor inconvenience. Other than that the property was great. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and within about 4 or 5 blocks of town. Pretty easy walk to get to downtown Santa Fe and it’s restaurants and shops.

Well appointed space. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the Plaza. Off street parking. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return!

The hosts had thought of everything! Very comfortable! A perfect location! It was truly a home away from home.

Our stay was fantastic. The king size beds are so comfy with great bedding. The living room has great seating and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and in the morning too! The area is great for walking and the location is close to town but feels remote. This home is a luxurious and has every feature you can imagine. The master bedroom is heavenly. We would stay here again without question. Communication was great and all we had to do to checkout was lock the door and sadly say goodbye! Perfection!!

Wonderful home! It was clean, well equipped, nicely designed and a quiet neighborhood. Great location and easy to get around Santa Fe. We truly enjoyed our stay! Loved the art vibe.

Our second time at this particular property as it’s one our favorite in the area. It’s always clean and fully functioning. Very peaceful during the week as this is the only time we use this property. The price is good for the property and not high enough to be irritating. Two Casitas’s has great locations and always very reasonable and responsive.

Nice casita and beautiful area!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal. We were able to leave our car at the house and walk comfortably to most locations. The house is warm and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for three nights and had a great time. The place was spotless and beautiful. We had a little trouble with the key code, but our hosts were very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. Checkout was simple. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a dreamy spot for our anniversary trip. Walked down to the market every morning for coffee- house was so lovely, comfy, cozy and had great beds.

Perfect stay at Casa Intima. Well appointed and walkable to Old Town, Railyard district and even Canyon Road. Highly recommended!
