Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need. Really nice living spaces and well-appointed bedrooms. Easy to find and a short drive to the plaza. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

I loved booking this beautiful, quiet oasis for calm and peace in the hills of Tesuque Village. I would highly recommend a stay here and would go back again. I especially enjoyed the welcome party favors and the option to book a meal by a local chef.

This location was exceptionally beautiful, with its exquisite art and charming adobe architecture. The house was immaculate and well-maintained. The spaciousness was delightful, particularly the large hot tub and the backyard. I could elaborate further on the many positive aspects of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The thoughtful gift of chips, excellent salsa, and biscochitos was a lovely touch. This truly provided an authentic Santa Fe experience, complemented by a perfect location. This is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The hosts are delightful and Susan is an absolutely incredible artist and it shows. The cottage was full of beautiful treasures and personalized touches unlike any other place we have stayed. We were able to walk into downtown Santa Fe and enjoy the restaurants and bars and leisurely wander home. I will definitely be booking again next time we are in the area!

This was a great location, beautiful and cozy home with comfortable beds and extra non toxic shampoos, etc. which was a really nice touch. The dedicated parking space was great however we had two larger cars and trying to find nearby overnight parking resulted in half a day trying to resolve. I’d choose a different rental if you have more than one mid size car.
They provided a lot of cookware but didn’t have cooking oil, parchment paper/aluminum foil or storage containers/bags. Couldn’t find oven mitts but they purchased some which was appreciated. The salsa was delicious :)
The patio was gorgeous and quiet, we enjoyed sitting out there. There’s a large open heater between the two upstairs rooms which means you hear everything - it was a little hard putting our two kids to bed in each room but probably not a big deal for most guests.
Overall the location and home were great and I think some added clarity to the Airbnb listing about the parking situation could help potential guests

Very well presented home with a friendly, gracious host
We had a lovely comfortable stay with a group of un-related people. The house was comfortable and clean, with enough gathering spaces for us to interact or enjoy time on our own, indoors and outdoors. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with closet space. Large well equipped kitchen that lent itself to the group using it, and also convenient for individuals to grab water or a snack. The only issue experienced was a question to the property managers when we checked in that was never answered.

We love the Artist Adobe. It was just what we signed up for. The beds were super comfortable. The air-conditioning was wonderful and the linens were soft. We like to cook at home and had everything we needed. We especially loved the living room/sunroom. It was a great place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. The location was perfect, not far from the Square.

This was my third stay with Two Casitas, and once again, their team delivered a truly exceptional experience. I’ve stayed in several homes across Santa Fe while caring for my elderly father, and this particular condo stands out—not just among Two Casitas properties, but among all my stays in the area.
The home was beautifully appointed and the layout was ideal for my wife and me, with a perfectly sized kitchen, two serene patio areas, and a lovely balcony off the bedroom. The dual bathrooms offered privacy, especially with our differing schedules.
We even hosted my father for a quiet spaghetti dinner—one of those small, meaningful moments made possible by the warmth and functionality of the space. The location was ideal: close to the town hall, the plaza, and Canyon Road, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat.
Two Casitas continues to impress with their professionalism, responsiveness, and local care. I’m grateful for their consistency, and I look forward with them again.

I booked this Airbnb as a place for my bridesmaids to stay for a nearby wedding. The space is clean and beautiful and the deck offers amazing views. When I checked in I noticed a recent storm had blown over a tree in the front walkway, and within 2 hours of notifying the hosts, it was cleared and gone. I appreciated their beautiful accommodations and quick communication!

Place was super cute and super clean. Close to downtown and could walk everywhere in just 14 minutes. Only issue is we had brought food to cook on the grill but there was no propane in the grill. Probably should put a screen on back door because it’s such a nice breeze but tons of flies around so had to keep door closed. Windows do open with screens for some fresh air. If people are upstairs can get a little noisy. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner because what they had was natural and vegan and if you are like me doesn’t work well with curly hair. Had a sweet welcome gift along with coffee that was made in town. People before us broke the toilet seat but I called the management company and they fixed it right away. Would definitely stay again.
