Well-maintained and great location. This is a very comfortable adobe home with a relaxing ambience and a pretty good kitchen (we like to cook meals when we vacation). The yard is likewise a wonderful place to sit and eat, as well as being very dog-friendly. The entrance driveway is quite narrow, but fine for our Prius.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.
We loved the property! Would definitely stay again. Really...a great place. Thanks so much for all your help. Will definitely call you next time we come to town.
Will return!!!!
Satisfied all expectations!!!!
Need to bring in non stick pans. Also get batteries into the clocks. The front entry is a trip hazard. Would be good to reset al the stones so it is flat. One of our party is wobbly on her feet.
Lovely house in a great location!
Easy and comfortable. Beds a bit too soft for my taste. Everything we needed was there.
Very comfortable, well appointed like our home away from home. Large parking area that was convenient for our friend who came from Albuquerque to spend the day with us.
Hi John,
Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. I am so glad you enjoyed the home and staying with Two Casitas. Come back and see us again soon!
All the best,
Wendy
Our five-night stay at Acoma made for a wonderful wedding anniversary celebration. It felt like we had found a new home as we explored the Santa Fe area during the day and then sat outside under the New Mexico evening sky enjoying wine and classical music on the patio. Going home to Chicago at the end of our stay was easier knowing we'd be back in the future! Thank you Two Casitas.
This is our fourth stay at Two Casitas properties and every time it has been outstanding. Clean, private and well prepared for our stay. Look forward to our next visit. Wendy and her staff are excellent to work with and they make everything so easy and really take great care of us.
Everything was perfect and as expected. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, well equipped and stocked - everything we needed to make for a great stay. The location was perfect as well - a quick 10 minute walk to either the Railyard or the Plaza. Quiet neighborhood in close walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Without question this is our go-to place for all our future trips to Santa Fe. Once of the best vacation rental properties we have stayed in.
PS. We are ready to buy the place if you ever get ready to sell. (honestly!)
Thanks!
Tecolote is a great place to stay and close by the plaza. It was peaceful, cozy, clean and well stocked for guest needs. Love the decor! Will definitely come back! Thank you.
We've stayed at this property multiple times and love it. Here are a couple of suggestions. The Gas Grill propane tank was out. It should be checked prior to arrivals or have an extra one on hand. The delivery of the new one was quick and appreciated. The heavy rains left a few leaks in the roof. One was dripping on my niece while she was trying to sleep. The other leaks were mild. The oven gets really hot...might need to get it checked out. Othere than that the place was perfect for us.
This well appointed Adobe was perfect for our group of gals. Very close to the Railroad Yard and away from the crowds. We found the property charming and convenient with a well appointed kitchen and spacious rooms. We hope to return and shop til we drop next year in the charming Luna Casita. Well within walking distance of Radish & Rye Restaurant, several fine bakeries and even a pub . We shall return!
We are so happy you enjoyed this home and its great classic Santa Fe neighborhood location close to so many things. We look forward to having you again!
Thank you Wendy, Will, and team - all of us were very happy with the property and we had a BLAST - both in and away from the home. We would stay at CVR again.
This home is like staying in an art gallery.
Loved the decor, my color palette entirely. In fact I'd like to purchase the throw blanket in the bedroom, a discontinued Pendleton?
We loved our stay in this adobe home. It's clear that the owners really enjoy having people there. They go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and the kitchen was well organized with everything we needed. The house is beautifully decorated and has many books about art and Santa Fe.
And we were greeted by the owners with a bottle of wine and chips and salsa.
The street out front is a bit busy, but we didn't hear any of the traffic inside the house, so it wasn't a problem for us at all.
My sister and I have stayed in many houses in Santa Fe and this was one of our favorites. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Santa Fe.
We are so happy you enjoyed your time in our home! We work hard at Two Casitas to go above and beyond expectations in amenities and great locations. We are excited to have you again in this or one of our many other Two Casitas homes.
Appreciated the rapid response on the fireplace, sink issues...and maintenance issue.
Despite inability to get late check out all was well. Note to staff: The cleaning team attempted to access property 1 hour early, which was very challenging with the dogs and chaos that was ensuing due to our earlier than anticipated exit.
Best, N.
We had the best time staying in this sweet, quiet adobe hidden so close to downtown. There is a wonderful pizzeria with outdoor seating steps away and everything is accessible by foot that you may need or want. We ran on the bike/ foot path, rode our bikes from the doorstep to the ski area, walked to Sprouts, and explored most everything by foot. The house is well appointed and super comfy. We were in Santa Fe when the temps were in the high 80's which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable which is my only complaint. The fans were wonderful, but not being able to open a bunch of windows, due to it's historic nature, made us pine for some air conditioning.
Thank you for the review! For future guests: Make sure to note the lack of air conditioning before you book. The home stays relatively cool, but if you are used to having absolute control over the temperature in the home, this may not be the ideal property for you. We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.
