Cute casita

Original plan was 3 adults but thank goodness only 2 stayed. Listing states air conditioning and I called managers to ask if it was central air. I was told it was but arrived to find one window unit that worked properly. Other bedrooms AC was located in a laundry closet. The floor heater was on without any information about it making the entire house heated in late June! We requested fan but it came late the next day. Owners of property were out of town but very apologetic when they returned. Managing company was useless.

The house indeed features air conditioning, including a portable AC unit in the left bedroom and a window unit in the right bedroom. These amenities have consistently received positive feedback from previous guests. Regarding the heating issue, we regret that we only learned about it months after your stay. We checked our records and didn't find any record of you reporting the issue during your stay. Unfortunately, without timely notification during your visit, we couldn’t address it promptly. Despite this, we sincerely hope that your recent experience won’t discourage you from considering other Two Casitas properties in the future. Your feedback matters to us, and we are actively working to improve our service based on the concerns you’ve raised.

All the little details

My partner and I do a fair amount of traveling as of late and he remarked that this was the nicest place pace we’ve stayed at because of all the special little details. We loved the patios and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Short stay in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our short visit here on our way to Colorado. The house was as listed, nice and private. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We would stay here again.

2 Casitas review

The front bedroom was too far from a bath and the bed pillows were old and flat — need updating. Other than that the house was very nice and beautifully appointed. It’s a quiet location but close to down town and the square. We so enjoyed our stay at 2 Casita in Santa Fe!

Wonderful location and home

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. We spent every morning on the front porch watching hummingbirds and the lovely August weather. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with extra towels provided - rare for a VRBO. Our only complaint was the kitchen. There are minimal tools for cooking and the knives were dull (we tend to cook at least 2 of 3 meals per day in a VRBO when we stay). Plan to do a good grocery shopping prior to arriving - there won't be items remaining from past guests like aluminum foil, baggies, extra spices, etc. like typical VRBOs. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper. The property is clearly run by a management company so they respond during specific hours (but are available seven days a week),

Charming hide away

If you love nature this is the perfect home in the summer. The hammock, hot tub games were great child pleasers. There are two wonderful playgrounds and good hiking trails nearby. Thank you..we may be back!

Beautiful home in great location

Gorgeoous, spacious home convenient to many patks and a short 10 min drive to the square. Home has fantastic amentities and a cute backyard and walled in courtyard. We will definitely stay again.

Great location

Loved the location! Very clean, comfortable and mostly well-equipped casita. I didn’t find the kitchen terribly user-friendly (nothing but an 8x8 pan for reheating things, at least two of the stove-top burners didn’t work); the large puddle after a rain made it difficult to get in and out of the car because of the parking restrictions; there were no cleaning supplies for a longer stay (until I requested); no BBQ grill as advertised; and a lot of communication issues and misunderstanding with management. Despite all of that, I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Perfect Stay in Santa Fe

We loved everything about the Artists Adobe. It was Santa Fe funky, it was comfortable, it was fully equipped, it was well located to walk to both the Railroad district and the Plaza. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved having the 3 bedrooms for 3 grown women. We loved the treats that they left us. Lots of parking space. Once the narrow drive was negotiated one time, it was easy after that. Separate air conditioning control in each area of the home was a luxury. Again, we loved everything about the Artists Adobe

Looks small on outside but very roomy on inside. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. Nicely decorated. Listing did not mention 2 steps down to bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Otherwise was accessible for person using walker. Front steps wide enough to accommodate walker. Highly recommend and will stay at Puerta del Sol again when in Santa Fe.

Clean, cute, convenient. We loved our stay. Exactly as described. Walking distance to canyon and square. Fabulous meals at Geronimo and la Boca. Also, sunset at rooftop of La Fonda. And the opera too! Many thanks.

Canyon retreat was awesome

You are staying out of town very near trailheads for hiking so be prepared for a challenging driveway. Once you are there you won’t want to leave as the Mountain View is mesmerizing! The house is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked several meals and had all the equipment needed, including a blender. There are 2 options for dining in or out. As birdwatchers we were very excited by our many bird sightings- many fruit trees on property appreciated by the wildlife. Hot tub up a steep hill but clean and feels very private.highly recommend this property.

Family Get Away in Santa Fe

The house and casita were absolutely gorgeous, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to the plaza for shopping and amazing food. The property was also wonderfully comfortable with enough space for the whole party (5 adults and 2 kids).
