We had an awesome girls trip celebrating my daughter’s birthday and this super cute little apartment.
The location was great just down the steps and you are right in the middle of all the action!
Please note you are in the street so there will be a little traffic noice and church bells ringing. This did not bother us at all.
We had everything we needed, apartment was adequately equipped.
Only negative is the sleeper sofa mattress really does need to be replaced, the end sloped down pretty bad.
All in all it was an awesome stay!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, secluded, well appointed home. It had everything we needed for 4 friends spending 5 days in Santa Fe. We walked to everything in Santa Fe … even the Railyard. We are hoping to return to the same home with our husbands. The only thing we can say to plan for is there was about 6 inches of fresh snow the day we arrived and we couldn’t get up to the house in our rental car. We live in the snow and know we could have done it with a 4WD.

A very pleasant base to explore Santa Fe from. Good beds, baths, kitchen. Snow prevented us from using the private courtyard but it looked good too. Would definitely stay here again.

We really loved staying here. The location is great (easy walking distance to the Railyard, Plaza, etc). The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and good showers. We were in town for cold weather and had no trouble with the heating system. The hot tub and fireplace were welcome luxuries and both worked perfectly. Property managers were communicative and check in/out procedures were clear and easy. We hope to return and will definitely recommend the house to friends visiting Santa Fe.

The only potential drawback is parking -- there's a small parking area suitable for 2 small or one large vehicle. No other close by options for parking. We just made it work with our two cars, but could be an issue for others.

Had a great time at this beautiful, quiet, fully stocked, property. We even cooked dinner for our family one night and enjoyed the hot tub. The steam shower was also a hit with my husband. Very close to the plaza for the tree lighting, and close to 599 for access to the rest of the city. Snowed while we were there, and the roads were a little rough getting out, 4-wheel drive was needed. It was beautifully decorated with pieces from local artists, but very modern. Very homey, comfortable, and stylish.

This was a wonderful experience. The welcome gift of wine and goodies was an unexpected surprise and so appreciated! The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.
We will look for this place again when we return.

I only wish the weather was as nice as this accommodation. A short walk to downtown and the farmers market. Despite being on a fairly busy road, we would never have known it. The pictures don’t do it justice. C’est très beau !

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this immaculate casita. It was also conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants. May be one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever had and will most definitely stay here in the future!

All positive and more. Arrived to a delightful looking place, a bottle of wine, and a snack. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and within walking distance of the plaza and so many restaurants. The fireplace provides the perfect warmth and atmosphere for a comfortable cozy evening (when colder weather) - AND, plenty of firewood provided. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. It was close to downtown Santa Fe but out of the way enough that it felt secluded and cozy. The neighborhood was great! The property was perfect and great for a girls weekend.

Perfect place for three adult couples where we all had our private space with 3 master suites with in suite bathrooms. Well equipped and comfortable oozing Santa Fe style. Pleasant walk to Canyon Road and Historical area. Highly recommended.

The property is small but beautifully appointed and decorated. Even better is it's proximity to downtown.

We really enjoyed the La Marta property. The 2 outdoor spaces were lovely with great views. There was plenty of room to spread out. The host provided coffee, condiments, and some snacks. I'd recommend having a car to get around as we didn't feel like the walk back from the plaza was convenient - it's mostly uphill with no sidewalks so it would be a bit dicey in the dark. Once we rented a car, we were much more free to explore. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others!

Loved the cute casita. So many interesting details. Best was enjoying the fire place. Dogs loved walk-in to the nearby park.

This place was as expected— and even better than expected in some ways—for its reasonable price. The patio is pretty sizable and the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Our group of 6 fit here with no issues. The only thing I’d recommend the host have for future groups is more clothes hangers and toilet paper. The house was also a bit warm but that was minor in the grand scheme. The property is pretty close to the railway district and also walkable to downtown, which was important for us. We felt safe in the unit and the parking situation was super convenient. Definitely recommend for any groups visiting the city!

This property was exactly as advertised, very clean and lovely. However, it was haunted. We experienced unexplained disruptions, such as the alarm clock going off at 1:00 am when it was set for 7:00 am, a startled dog barking by the bed, the front door opening and closing in the quiet hours of the night, and most frightening, the bed covers were removed on our initial night, and a dark figure was standing at the foot of the bed. I imagine haunting a short term rental would be challenging, and it was clear to us this spirit wanted to see who we were, and to be appreciated. I have waited a couple of months to write this review for fear of being dismissed as a kook. But I am so curious to learn if other visitors have had encounters with the strong spirit inhabiting this space. I don't expect this review will be published, but I welcome any feedback from the host about the presence in the home.

The property was exactly as pictured and described. Communication with property management was incredibly prompt and courteous. Ample wood was available for the kiva fireplace. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

For my wife's 50th - eight of us (four couples) enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe.
The house was super-clean upon our arrival.
Each couple had a king-size bed.
The kitchen is large and appropriately equipped for group breakfasts and dinners.
The location is far enough away for seclusion and privacy, but a quick drive down the hill to the Plaza.
When we return to Santa Fe, we will book this home again.

Everything was as-expected! Would definitely stay again.
