The house that has it all
This house has been on my radar for about 10 years. My friends always had it booked for the entire month of August forever (they finally built a house in SF) the house has it all: charming decor, plenty of room, off street parking television that lets you actually see live local news, equipped kitchen, SUPER soft king beds and location location location! All boxes checked. Clean to the point of fastidious. The management was very accessible without intruding. Worth every penny

Nice place!
Great place and great location. Watch out for master BR footboard, nearly took out my shin. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific time in Santa Fe
Place was better than we'd imagined--nicely laid out with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Bathrooms, too, were nicely stocked for our visit. It was a beatiful, comfortable place for a family get-together.

Very pleasant and convenient
The property has all needed amenities and more! Very nicely decorated and supplied, lovely outdoor space, ample parking inside a gated yard. check in and out quite fast and convenient. Just a few blocks (easy walk) to Plaza and rail yards. A block away from the river park and trail -convenient for walking dog. Although very centrally located, the street is very quiet. Evap cooler kept the house very cool on a very hot day. We will try to reserve this wonderful house again next year!

Clean! Lots of steps over thresholds
Clean, well maintained and nicely decorated home. Nice location. Enclosed courtyard good for dogs but there are dogs next door who want your dog to know it’s their turf :) Bathroom awkward because of sink location and door won’t stay closed but good storage for your toiletries. Great kitchen, excellent oven/stove. Beds too hard, but that’s just me. I had to sleep on the couch but wouldn’t work for tall person. I would have appreciated some literature in the house for things to do in the area, but did appreciate the chips, salsa and wine. Courtyard has lovely fruit tree and good outdoor seating. Other than that, I think it has great potential for a wildflower garden for more color. I am also uncomfortable with any uncovered windows but they are covered in the bedrooms. **The steps going up to the house and into every threshold needs to be mentioned in the ad, as older people, especially, could easily fall**

Thank you for the review! We are so sorry about the neighbor's dog. He has generally not disturbed our guests for the many years we have been managing this home, so we are going to have a conversation with the neighbor to see what can be done to make this home's front yard more peaceful.
Future guests should be aware that we have medium firm mattresses at all Two Casitas homes. We will send our handyman to look at the bathroom door, as we have not had anyone mention that it cannot close before. The layout is a little bit quirky due to the age of the home. The stairs are mentioned in the property guide and check-in instructions that we send to all guests. Two Casitas always sends a local area guide to every guest along with their check-in instructions. Any guests requesting further recommendations are encouraged to communicate with our friendly and knowledgeable reservationists!
Cousins Trip
We had the pleasure of staying at the Casita for 2 nights on our way to Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our stop over in Santa Fe was very enjoyable. The Casita was immaculate and had everything we needed. Love it and would definitely recommend.

Great place in a great location
What a great place in a great central location. Easy walk around downtown, and a very short walk to Canyon Road. Already planning our next trip back to Santa Fe and look forward to staying here again!

Super nice place. Attractive and comfortable.
This is a quiet, wells-appointed place. Nice bathrooms. Good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good sheets and towels. Good washer and dryer. Tastefully appointed place. Reading lights on both sides of the bed. Comfortable reading chairs and sofa. Nice views of trees and sky. Good air conditioning. Check in was easy. Property manager replied almost instantaneously.

Great property for a family reunion!
A great property for our eight-person family reunion. A number of wonderful gathering spots inside and outside. Very quiet area, with nice landscaping. Only thing that was a bit tricky was no central A/C--there were individual window units in each room, a few of which were loud.

Santa Fe Oasis
This home far exceeded our expectations. The views were gorgeous! Watching the sunrise every morning over the patio was amazing. This home has everything you need to feel comfortable. We had a wonderful family trip to Santa Fe and enjoyed our trip.

Luminous Space
Property sits atop a hill with marvelous vistas on every side. Watching the sun rise and set from the various balconies and patios was like having a private theater for solar display. Interior space equally stunning with great care taken for guests’ comfort. Simply brilliant.

Canyon road area
Very clean with lots of room and a nice yard with an outdoor patio. Close to downtown and Canyon Rd art galleries but without all the crowds so very relaxing. Very responsive property manager as well.
