Awesome house!! Search no further- this is THE house for a stay in Santa Fe! House was perfect for us (two couples) with master on main and another bedroom on other end of house on the second floor (each with its own bathroom). House has been renovated and tastefully decorated in Southwestern style. Location was perfect- an easy half mile walk to historic downtown (note, the house is up a hill in a neighborhood). Felt perfectly safe walking back to house at night.
House was spotless-very clean. The family room was spacious and had plenty of seating. Liked the Kiva fireplace. House has radiant heat (under the floor) so the Tile floors throughout house are toasty on the feet. Bed mattresses were super comfortable. All the bath linens were top quality. Plenty of supplies are provided like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, new kitchen sponge, and even shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, etc.
The company that owns this house is very responsive and communicates often and effectively. We received texts about check-in and check-out as well as an inquiry as to how our stay was going. They even provided a online guide on local things to do and places to eat!
They provided a most wonderful welcome basket of goodies! What a super nice touch!
We plan to stay here next time when we visit Santa Fe again. Highly recommend!
Side notes: I highly recommend the Santa Fe History Guided Walking Tour with Victor Romero (3 hours- so incredibly informative and fun).
Restaurants-The Shed, TIA Sophia's, Il Vincino Wood Oven Pizza, Fire and Hops
The property was a perfect size for me, my husband, and our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and it’s located close to the art district and plaza. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and well stocked. We’d love to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

The property and decor was making! Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends that need plenty of space to spread out. Would highly recommend booking to stay here.

This place was amazing - spacious, fun to hang out and cook together, central enough to walk to many spots. We had a little issue with the coffee pot and they had a new one out to us within 2 hours. One of the better vrbo's I've been to!

Wonderful home. Loved it. Great for our Gal Pal retreat. We stayed in February so we expected snow. We had 2 vehicles and it would have been great if the drive way had cleared.

The villa was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view of the mountains from the living room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved all of the fireplaces and had fires each evening in the living room. It was cozy, yet spacious! The bedrooms are quite large and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

You couldn’t be more downtown. The location is perfect for all activities. The parking arrangement is amazing and it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Great kitchen to prepare meals and awesome living room to relax in. Very good communication and easy to manage.

We loved that there were 2 master suites. It was perfect for us, and having en-suite bathrooms, was a big plus. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were very spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and everything in the casita worked well, no issues at all. Thank you also for the welcome package. It was a nice touch.

La Joya was has been one of my most favorite bookings. The house was perfect for our party of 9. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday and had every kitchen gadget needed and then some! It was nestled in a great location close to the plaza and Round House. We walked there several times during our visit. The home was comfortable and cozy with a touch of southwest elegance. We will definitely stay here again if available next year!

Everything about this house was perfect! The house was very clean, warm and inviting. We were there in January and enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our trip. It’s beautifully decorated, quiet and tucked away from traffic. There was a bottle of wine and chips and salsa waiting for us, such a nice touch! We plan to come back soon.
