Amazing property. We loved everything about it.

I cannot fully describe how happy my wife and I were with this property, but I will do my best. And let me state that this review was coming directly off of a terrible VRBO experience where a property had facilities that looked straight out of the movie Saw, so our expectations were low and fear level high coming in.

First - the area is fantastic. You can walk one block to amazing art galleries, a really good Thai place and other restaurants (expensive but nice ones), and even walking to downtown to the square is a fun and easy exercise that takes 15 or 20 minutes. And heading the other direction, you can do an amazing 8 mile run or hike from the doorstep to the Dale Balls trails all the way to the highest peak of the trail system (talk about jaw dropping views, plus you can do a loop and see all new things, 4 miles up one way, and 4 miles back down another way).

The property is maintained to perfection and every surface was clean. I would know: my wonderful spouse is very picky on that subject, and this got the highest marks possible (much to my relief). The layout is excellent for a couple. The queen bed is comfy, pillows comfy, all sheets and linens are white and freshly laundered. There is a separate air conditioning system for each of the three rooms, so you can crank down the AC at night in the bedroom but leave the living area and bathroom warmer (for example). The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. Even the coffee maker and toaster looked like they had never been used. The TV and Internet service is good; there is a nice cable package with all of the basic channels (ESPN, CNN, and yes the vacationer favorite: HGTV). The bathroom is nicely done, and once again every surface is pristine sparkling clean like a 5 star hotel. The water pressure and temp is amazing and is better than our own home. Of course they included bath soap bottles (etc) and a nice giant stack of fluffy white towels (again - looked like they were brand new).

Parking is easy and you have your own space on a very quiet side-street. Most of the properties in that area were either not occupied, or else the occupants kept completely to themselves. There was a nice fenced-in small patio area which was also nice, especially to let our pugs roam around.

Communication was excellent. I had no issues but everything was clearly texted to me in advance and upon conclusion of our stay.

In summary, this is a true 5 out of 5 ... no rounding up!

This was a fun stay. Cute and functional place to stay in a great location. Loved the space. It had everything needed plus. And in a great location that was close to everything. The management company, Two Casitas, was really good making check-in and out very easy as well as providing great restaurant recommendations.

Property was fantastic - the place was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Parking across the street in the garage was simple. It's true that there's some street noise from loud cars in the evening - during summer months if AC is needed, a white noise machine may be helpful.

This casita was super cute and so very clean! It had every amenity that anyone could want. Very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our only complaint is the master bed. It makes noise every time you move which was very annoying and make it difficult to sleep soundly. There are also barking dogs at 2 neighbors homes. One very large and one small and yappy. Hard to enjoy the backyard and if you are a light sleeper, it might be a problem.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! Great location. Easy walk to square downtown. Quiet location. Clean. Nice patio to enjoy the cool evenings.

Casa Intima was a delightful place to stay during our trip to Santa Fe. The house it self has plenty of room for a couple, nice outdoor sitting spaces and the swamp cooler was a blessing during the few days it got pretty warm outside!
Conveniently located to downtown in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A great experience and highly recommend!

Wonderful location close to town & hiking trails but high enough in the hills for the most expansive views of the mountains north, west & south of Santa Fe. Magical watching the clouds and sunsets from the deck. Nicely furnished and very comfortable 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathroom main house plus1 bedroom/1 bathroom Casita.. Recommend bringing your desired cooking spices, cooking oils and other food staples if you are planning to prepare meals in the kitchen.

Great place for visiting Santa Fe for a family of 2-4 people. Even though it is listed as 1 br, it has 2 separate rooms. One of them has a big foldout couch, which can easily sleep 2 kids. Everything in the hose is clean and convenient. Fully equipped kitchen and grill is available on the patio. Patio is neat and relaxing with space to have meals. Location is within 15-20 min walk of the plaza and train depot. There is Whole Foods and restaurants/cafes within walking distance as well.

Thought the house was adorable and location was amazing! Gardens were fabulously beautiful as well. Was a little warm, but loved the overall experience!

Carmel was a charming petite casita. Quite small, but everything appeared new and well appointed. Location was great.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Easy checkin. Clean. Well appointed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we stayed in Santa Fe.

We really didn't care to watch television, but if that is your thing, be prepared to study and puzzle over the numerous controllers to try to figure out how they work.

The casita was perfect. Comfortable, tasteful and well located. It was also immaculate. We had a wonderful stay.

Thoughtfully appointed - inside and out! Comfortably and stylishly furnished! We loved walking through the neighborhood to the Farmer's Market, the Plaza and Canyon Road!

We had a wonderful stay at Wisteria. The house is in a great location, close to the Plaza and many great sites to see in Santa Fe. The house is beautiful, with many nice amenities. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings, taking in the beautiful entry garden and views. The neighbors are all very nice as well. We will definitely be back.

We have a lovely stay at this two bedroom property! Check in was easy, location was very accessible to Plaza area and property was well maintained!
I would highly recommend!
