The property was everything advertised, except for the weather. It rain one day and the roof leaked. But only when it was raining. Nicely appointed. Clean. Large common space nicely accommodated all 6 of us including a 15-month old that enjoyed the open space.

everything was as described. management assisted quickly when we had a minor issue and resolved it. would definitely stay again!

Nice and clean, good area and great location.
Two college friends and I spent a reunion weekend at the Wisteria property. Our stay couldn't have been nicer! The property was clean, full of Santa Fe charm, and within a short walking distance to the Plaza (10-15 minutes). The house was warm and inviting - a comfortable place to go back to after a day exploring all that Santa Fe has to offer. We couldn't have been happier or more satisfied. If any of us make it back to Santa Fe, we'll know where to book :-) Many thanks to the owners of this property for making our stay so memorable.
P.S. The wine, chips and salsa are a very nice touch!

My Mom, sisters, and I stayed for three days. The house was spotless and fulfilled all of our needs. It was wonderful to sit outside and have breakfast in the morning, and nice to have two king-sized beds and two full baths. The location could not have been more ideal. We were a short walk to the museums, shops, and restaurants all around the plaza, and having a parking spot at the house was ideal, as we needed a car for some longer day trips. The house was perfect for us in every way, and the management was very pleasant to deal with.

They say location is everything and it doesn't get much better than this.located on a quiet street but just around the corner from canyon road and some of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. This Adobe casita has all the Santa Fe charm and all the modern amenities . Leave your car parked in your driveway and walk to galleries and shopping. The team from two casitas were great. The casita was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend besos

We loved our stay here! Small but just enough room for my husband and I and our two dogs! We loved the large fenced in area, just wish there was some grass…but not really expected in Santa Fe. House was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snack were a very nice touch! Great location as well. Easy walk to the railyard and to the plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property is just as pictures show. You will need a car to explore the area, a little too far to walk to downtown.
Since we did stay in for dinner a few nights, my only suggestion would be for a few more kitchen implements - baking sheets for pizza comes to mind.

This is absolutely one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Not a fleck of dust anywhere! The furnishings were luxurious, the beds were beyond comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. This made for a flawless vacation. Two couples rented this unit and we loved the location being outside of Santa Fe but close to so much. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The Two Casitia’s were easy to work with and kind communicators!
