The Bella and amenities are first class. It’s convenient location to the plaza in a safe neighborhood is exactly what we were hoping for. We look forward to a future experience in Santa Fe with two casitas!

This home is clean, spacious and has a perfect location. It’s also quiet and clean. I loved it.

Really enjoyed this house - no issues

Great two bedroom house that was clean, updated and had many amenities. Handy to the plaza. Managing group communicated perfectly, was very accommodating and even surprised us with a small welcoming package..

This condo is very spacious for two people, well appointed and cozy and the location does not get any better. Highly recommend!

Liked the property, but have a couple comments:
1) Dining room light at highest dimmer setting still too dim to play cards or board games
2) Master toilet has weak flush
3) Both toilet seat heights are out of date. Need updated toilets
4) In water starved west, surprised that shower heads did not have adjustable flow valves. I suggest installing Danco Chrome 1/2-in FIP x 1/2-in Mip Straight Valve Model 10750. They are $5.98 ea at Lowes. I have them in my house and love them for a water-wise shower.
5) We really liked the unit and would stay there again, as it was convenient to Plaza, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We were two and a half couples (Mom, adult children, and their spouses) and this home accommodated us perfectly. Everything as described in the listing, comfy beds, walkable to the plaza and right off Canyon Road. We would not hesitate rebooking this house or recommending it to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All amenities provided with comfortable bed, great kitchen and wonderful outdoor patio. Will gladly stay again.

This place has everything you need! We were in love with all of the furnishings and decor from the moment we walked in. The bathrooms/kitchen were fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of firewood and a new heating unit to stay warm in every room. Super thankful for the great communication whenever we had questions.

Perfect rental for a large family. The home was spacious, clean and loaded with every amenity imaginable. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. You can even workout with weights and a tonal mirror! It truly was like a home away from home.

We were looking for a place to escape MN winter. We loved the location, walking distance to the plaza and downtown. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The only minor negative was that we also had to work during our stay and there wasn’t really a place to set up a work station. Hopefully, most future guests are able to unplug and enjoy Santa Fe!

What we expected for being in Santa Fe.

We finally got to get the family together and this house was perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the scenery but every window has a great view. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was plenty of room to sit together in the dining and living rooms and the little gym came in handy!

AMAZING! Everything mentioned in the reviews are true. This property checks all the boxes on what families want in a rental experience:
1. This is one of the cleanest rental properties I have ever stayed in. Seriously.
2. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and great appliances. All seemed new and great quality.
3. The towels and linens were high-quality. Not to mention, there were more than enough towels for everyone in our group (4 adults and 4 children) for the 3-night stay.
4. Communication with property management was so easy, and they were extremely responsive. We received a text with a link to detailed information about the house that was easy to reference throughout our stay. Our stay required a blow-up mattress for 2 of the children and it was delivered within an hour of our arrival.
5. The private patio was lovely. We lucked out and had great weather for February. Every afternoon it was warm enough for us to sit on the private front porch and enjoy the sunset.
6. The toiletries and snacks were a wonderful unexpected bonus!

If you are considering booking this property - go for it! You won't regret it. I will certainly rent here again and with this property management team.

Loved it. Hard to leave house for excursions. Everyone enjoyed. We would Love to stay here again. No negative comments.

The house was perfect. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. The patio was lovely, and the large living room and kitchen were great for cooking and playing games. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious too for all of us when we were getting ready.

We had a great visit - location can't be beat!

Great little bungalow for a Santa Fe getaway. Well decorated and clean. Had everything one could need within comfortable walking distance from the Plaza. Parking was tight but easily manageable even with my big rental truck.

8-16 minute walk to everything we wanted to go to. Impeccably clean. Provided everything we needed to enjoy the fireplace. Mattresses were comfortable (although the pillows were too soft for our preference). There was a really nice gift when we got there too, so that was nice! Cozy feel!!
