Super clean, well decorated, very close to town center.

WONDERFUL stay!! Can’t praise it enough! We will surely be back!

The views and outside spaces are almost everything to us and the views from the expansive deck at Casa Ladera and the portal are wonderful. It is amazing that this property is so close to downtown. We were fortunate to be able to stay almost two months and it felt like home. The kitchen has everything that we needed. The living areas are comfortable and nicely decorated. Likewise the master suite is great and just steps away to those fabulous views of the city lights and night sky. For more guests there are two more bedrooms and a bath plus a cute casita. If we had not purchased a home in Santa Fe while we were staying at Casa Ladera we would be coming back to stay as often as we could.

We loved the place and hope to return some day.

The property is conveniently located in the prestigious historic Eastside and is a true gem. Walking distance to both the Plaza and Canyon Road, this property is perfect for guest seeking a dining and art-focused trip to Santa Fe. The property hosts a wonderful hot tub perfect for an evening of conversation and a relaxing glass of wine.

Wonderful views and a sense of being away and yet still very proximate to the city. Nice house and nice amenities - everything in good shape with just a few small exceptions: coffee maker and dish-washer looked expensive but did not perform well; well-water used to fill the hot-tub turns green (!) apparently with the chemicals used, so a just a bit of a put-off; the property manager had some billing and communications challenges (all eventually sorted but not smooth); the old orchard (?) in front of the house is not well-kept, which is a bit of an eye-sore as all rooms face into (or past) it. Despite these small items, I'd still recommend the property.

Close to town. Super clean. Exactly as shown in the photos of the property. How to use things within the property were clear. Quick response time by property manager.

The house was perfect for my husband and I, our infant and my parents. Cozy but plenty of room. It was quiet. Great kitchen. Lots of mugs and plates and things to use in the kitchen. We didn’t have to bring much. Outside area was amazing. Fun to sit and have a drink. Sitting area outside bedroom #2 was added bonus. Dog friendly. Loved it.

Very clean and appropriate amenities. I went to two homes managed by two casitas and both were great. Loved it, quite, off street, lovely back fountain, great kitchen and bath. Central location.

Accommodations and location were spectacular. Can’t wait to return .

All three bedrooms were large with all having king size beds. The two bathrooms were roomy. The living area is huge with a large dining table and 2 large seating areas. There are two front yards and one large backyard. Great location that is very close to all on Canyon Road and near enough to walk to the plaza.

I would suggest a trash container for small bath and queen bedroom.

Dos Ninos is located close to town in a quiet neighborhood.. This spotless & lovely home offers everything you could ask for! We wished we had booked a longer stay to get a break from the AZ heat and further explore this “Land of Enchantment”!!! We will be back!

We would definitely stay in Acoma again as the pluses outway the negatives.

The property was very well appointed. The location was perfect for our needs. Since our stay coincided with a quarantine requirement we found the property met our needs to stay at home. As mentioned, the kitchen was stocked well enabling us to cook at home much of our stay without regrets.
