Two Casitas Reviews

Our family drove to Santa Fe to get away from the Covid craziness and to celebrate a 60th bday. This home was a great location. An easy walk into the square, and canyon road. We Took full advantage of the kitchen, dining area, and the amazing patio. Any group would enjoy this home.

The unit was clean, modern, well cared for and appointed. Its location was great, near the park I run in every day. I would come here again in a minute. Great location, perfect for a quick trip to Santa Fe

It is ideally located offering privacy and great views. It is really preferable to grill out on the patio as opposed to going out.

We had a family reunion (4 adults+baby) for a week and this property was perfect for our needs. Excellent kitchen and dining with nice assortment of cookware and tools. Cosy enclosed backyard with grill and seating was great for evenings.

Property is well located, in a quiet neighborhood, neat and clean, within walking distance of downtown and nearby school track and park. Tastefully and well furnished. Owner installed high bandwidth internet access at our request prior to our arrival. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We recently spent a week with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren at El Torreon (10 individuals total). This home is gorgeous with plenty of room for socializing, game playing, reading and enjoying the outdoors. Because of COVID-19, we were sociallly distanced and cooked all of our meals in the beautifully appointed and well-equipped kitchen. We had all of our meals outdoors on the patio. There is lots of wildlife to enjoy and hiking trails within a mile's walk. A stream flows right by the home, a sound that is soothing at bedtime. The managers were very responsive to some repair issues, coming out to inspect things within a few hours of a call. Our only suggestion: upgrade the internet to more effectively cover the entire home. (There were a few of the rooms, including both master bedrooms, where there was no coverage). We would love to return at a time when we can more fully enjoy all that Santa Fe has to offer.

Property is as described. It is situated just a few blocks from the railyards,where Farmers Market and other activities take place, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay. Dr Jones

This was one of our favorite properties that we have stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated and made the experience that much more memorable. The backyard was very peaceful from the pond to relaxing in the hut tub. Anything that we could possibly need was provided either in the kitchen or living area. We will definitely be back again soon.

We complained and you addressed the ants and the tub drain to alleviate the standing water. We would rent this house again, but we would ask that it be serviced before our rental.

Our group of four enjoyed our stay tremendously. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

Two Casitas raises the bar in the vacation home rental market. Wonderful properties and unparalleled customer service and contact. Actually feels like a company that cares about you as a customer!

The master closet on the right (looking at the closets, w/ the A/C unit) leaked about a gallon of water during a heavy rain during our stay. All our hanging clothes needed to be re-washed.
The master bed room fan did not have a remote so we could turn off the light.

Bunk beds in one of the rooms would have been nice to make the rental more flexible.

These are challenging times and our experience in Santa Fe was so different from previous stays.

We did have a few suggestions:

A full length mirror
A coffee table
Another comfy chair for living area ( we had to bring one up from downstairs bedroom)
A baking sheet with side
More than 1 dishtowel

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and cozy and we loved all the little touches and decor. My husband and I enjoyed working remote from both outdoor spaces. The location is perfect and very close to the plaza, quick walk. Definitely would recommend to friends and would love to visit again.

Great house. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully staged in light of Covid-19. The house was a very comfortable and secure location. We knew we'd want to spend extra time at the casita since many restaurants and museums were still closed. The house is a great place to do your own cooking and just quietly relax, play cards either outside on the patio, or inside as well. Even the front porch was very relaxing with its two wooden rocking chairs. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Just ok. Overall the property looked dingy. Many lightbulbs out (front patio, stairway chandelier, laundry closet), the umbrella was broken, was replaced right away. Carpets stained, blind pulls broken, paint on upstairs deck peeling; trimmed branches left scattered about on front patio. AC unit over stairway looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Conveniently located and serviceable. Could have been very cute with some TLC.

We have traveled extensively for over 45 years and Two Casitas is among the top companies from whom we have rented. They are very detail-oriented and provide excellent, top-notch service and quality homes.

Camel is such the perfect little property! It is the perfect place to stay for a couple or a family with small children. Every amenity you need is there and the location is to great. We have stayed there multiple times and will stay their again!
