The casita was lovely with beautiful art. We were really comfortable. The splits kept everything cool in a warm time of year. It was well appointed, in the kitchen especially. The patio grill was new.

The location is good. It’s at the Dale Ball trailhead for many good hikes, but not really walkable to town. It’s a walkable distance, but the road is surprisingly busy and narrow and not a nice walk. It’s a quick and easy drive to town.

We stayed 2.5 weeks and asked for instructions for dealing with trash upon arrival. I first messaged via Airbnb with no response. A week later I texted directly and received a prompt reply with instructions.

We departed a day early due to smoke from wildfires and construction noise from a neighbor, neither of which are the host’s fault.

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Casitas! My only regret is that we didn’t have more time there as this place is truly magical. Beautiful decor, gorgeous outdoor space, lots of windows and natural light, historic charm, and in a great location. We were super comfy here during our stay and felt right at home. I can’t wait to come back!

This house uses architecturally gorgeous, old wooden doors in every closet and door in the house! clean, quiet and located on a little dead end street. Right across the street is a little vacant lot that wildlife lives to come to, I saw a deer, rabbits, many different kinds of birds and 2 grey fox’s and yet there are galleries at the opposite end of the street! The neighbors were hardly noticeable and the walkability is unbeatable! We were also given an early check in at no additional cost which made our lives a bit easier after traveling from CO! Greatly appreciated! Thank you for everything!

This townhouse was a perfect vacation getaway. Beds were very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Everything was meticulously clean. Easy drive (or walk) to downtown Santa Fe. Decorated very attractively. Building development was quiet. The only minor issue was that we came in at night and could not find the townhouse. Directions to door were vague. Had to walk farther from parking than we usually do to bring in the luggage. Thanks to Uber driver who was patient and helpful. We would love to stay here again and use the company that managed our stay.

Great location if you don’t mind driving to town, easy driveway parking, house was exactly as described and very cozy. The beds were super comfortable as all the other reviews said we really appreciated the welcome gift and basic items stocked in the kitchen. The one challenge we had was with the air conditioning. It was very difficult to get the bedrooms cool during our early August stay, no matter how well we circulated the air with the fan systems, opened the windows at night while it was cool, closed the blinds during the day, etc. Thank you so much for having us and hope to be back soon!

we had a great trip to Santa Fe - and to a large part because of our accommodations. The location was excellent, the two bedroom unit was clean and well furnished. It is an easy walk to many restaurants art galleries , museums at to the town square. We are considering booking another stay here in the near future.

The house is conveniently located and nicely laid out. The A/C is not adequate for the space. There are three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which was a perfect layout for our group. Two of the bedrooms have mini-splits and ceiling fans to cool those areas. The middle bedroom has neither a mini-split, nor a ceiling fan and it was uncomfortably warm. We had to purchase fans in order to make it bearable. While Santa Fe was experiencing warmer than usual temperatures while we were there, it doesn't seem that there would have been any way to cool that third bedroom regardless. This needs to be addressed, and for the price we paid, we felt this should have been resolved by the host after we made the complaint. There was no offer to provide fans so we bought them and left them for the house. We would not choose this house again if we were to return to Santa Fe.

Great place! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was amazing! Communication was great too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
