Our recent week long family stay was made even more special by getting to stay in this beautiful, peaceful casita!!! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the Two Casitas team was very responsive from booking to checkout!! Thank you Two Casitas and we’ll plan to be back!!!

We had a great stay. Everything was there if we needed it. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms ample and the kitchen fitted out with Jenn-Aire appliances. The little driveway was easy to navigate and one night we saw an elk cow right on the fence line! She was beautiful!
2 items to suggest:
Clean the windows between seasons. (Cobwebs dirt and leaves)
Check the barbecue grill (the spatula and tongs were left outside and encrusted with a previous visitor’s dinner)
Other than that, great time.

Perfect spot to be able to walk to the Plaza and the Railyard.

Property is exactly as pictured, beautiful and very comfortable. Exceptional high quality everything inside and out. Loved it. Would definitely book again if ever in the area. Personal attention to detail, and great communication by owners.

There was unforeseen construction to the water line to the adjacent casitas while we were there. The rental company couldn’t have know but they sprung into action and worked with us to make us happy. Two Casitas is a great management company and we would absolutely use them for future rentals in Santa Fe.

Understanding that it was the first time that property was rented........Shortage of inside trash receptacles-none in kitchen!
Washing machine worked but sounded like it was going to come apart during spin cycle. An electric heater would be nice since showers are not enclosed and radiant heat is very slow.
My son and I rented this little casita for our visit.
I was happy being just out of town but able to walk walk easily to the center and other attractions.
We had everything we needed and more!
The rental was clean and quiet!

Check the hot water temperature at 306 Alegre Sante Fe. Seems too hot for safety

Right in the middle of the plaza. Roomy apartment. Nice to not stay in a hotel.
I think you are conscientious about your properties and truly want to give a good experience at a reasonable cost. Santa Fe is such a wonderful city, it's important that the services, such as yours, are positive and pleasant experiences. All of my contacts with TC have been positive and reasonable. I did have a situation in which I scheduled and paid for dates in the Spring of this year, which I was not able to keep. I appreciated your response to my dilemma, telling me that I could use the paid for time later in the year, at no penalty. It's good to know that consideration is given when things go wrong, particularly what is beyond our control.
The one suggestion we have is that the carpet needs to be cleaned more often. It looked pretty grungy in spots. Actually in a rental house, bare floors would be much more sanitary. We had a wonderful time and created good memories!
Great property. Centrally located. Prompt service on a broken toilet. No complaints.
Very pleasant stay. Enough room for people to spread out, even though we spent most of our time in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.
Convenient to the Plaza, new house with all the amenities, very clean, king beds/tv in each room
The unit is designed to look good, but actually does not function all that well. Management was unresponsive to problems.
I'm so sorry that you felt this way! We work hard to always be available by email, phone and text messages, so I'm not sure what happened with regard to the lack of communication. We have had several guests stay in the home since you left, and we haven't received any similar feedback, but if you would like to get in touch with Two Casitas and provide some specific feedback about the problems in the home, we will work on fixing them as soon as possible.

We had a truly relaxing & comfortable week at La Luz with our adult son & daughter-in-law! Our sweet doggie loved the big yard & we were thankful for the privacy & safety of the enclosed areas. Parking was tight for two vehicles, but once situated, we walked or called Uber for a lovely time in Santa Fe, one of the most magical places there is!
