Patio and vista were fab and BOTH kitchens well equipped and clean, comfortable. Worth stretching your budget for this SF GEM

Artist Adobe is a lovely casita tucked away from the main road and right in the middle of everything there is to do and love in Santa Fe. The caduta is ready to go, thoughtfully decorated and stocked and very clean. We can't wait to come back.

Great house in a beautiful part of Santa Fe. The outdoor porch, chairs and tables were a wonderful place to relax, watch the sunset on the nearby hills, and enjoy a nice glass of wine & dinner.

The rooms were spacious and stayed comfortable during both the warmth of the days and cool of the nights. Great family room for movie night and excellent open kitchen / living room for hanging out together while getting a meal put together.

Would definitely come again.

All of the rooms have traditional wood, adobe, and brick elements, along with beautiful light and views. The French doors of each room open onto a long porch, so you can feel as if you are living outside – while enjoying the comforts of a home. The house lends itself to whatever activity level you wish. We love the privacy of the porch, where we can enjoy the breeze, listen to birds, and delight in wonderful views of the mountains. If you like to hike or mountain bike, there’s a trail system just a few steps from our driveway, or you can drive about a mile to a relaxing walk through a Nature Conservancy preservation area or other more vigorous hikes. A short drive also takes you to Canyon Road, the Plaza, or the access road for the Santa Fe ski area. Or just relax -- stay home, take advantage of the grill or the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy the views, watch a movie, or browse our books... Whatever you choose, we hope you will love the house and the setting as much as we do. Great staying right on the plaza! Walked to the "Shed" for lunch and later down to the ice cream shop. People watching on the plaza is always fun. Although there is a kitchen in the apartment we loved picking up sweets for breaksfast across the apartment at the Pastery Shop. Can not wait to stay at this apartment again.

We loved our little casita! there were three of us on a girls' weekend to Santa Fe for three nights of Opera. The casita offered us seclusion, quiet and a perfect location. The place was immaculate with plenty of extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen. a wonderful washer and dryer, a perfect patio for cocktail hour. Really could not have been better. We could jump on the highway to the Opera or walk to the Plaza. Stay here!

Several friends and I stayed at this house before my wedding. The house was a great place to relax and get ready for the wedding. It has great outdoor space and is a short walk to downtown Santa Fe.

Such a lovely home... Quiet patio, very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Will definitely be back. We loved it!

We visit Santa Fe for an extended weekend during a conference each summer and have rented casitas in the past. This year we made plans to meet some out of state friends there and needed more than one bedroom and bath, and Artist Adobe fit the bill perfectly. The location could not be better, and the privacy of the site made it into a quiet oasis after a busy day of sightseeing. The home itself is decorated in a pleasingly eclectic fashion, with neutral backgrounds highlighting the more colorful artistic objects. I was especially pleased with the kitchen, as most vacation rentals are sadly lacking in decent kitchen equipment. I always travel with a sharp chef's knife and a serrated bread knife, but didn't even have to bother unpacking mine, as everything needed was truly right there, even an apron! One of our favorite restaurants, Fire and Hops, is only a few steps away on Guadalupe Street, and our friend enjoyed lunch there one day. We dined on the patio each night, enjoying the cool breezes and sometimes some distant thunder. Speaking of cool, we did not realize the casita had no air conditioning, but that was only a problem for me on our first night, which happened to be at the end of a very hot day. As the weather cooled into the 80s for the rest of our stay we were much more comfortable and the powerful fans provided in each room helped keep the air moving. I mention this only because some people have medical conditions which can make hot environments problematic for them. I greatly appreciated the presence of a small grab bar in each tub/shower, as I am mildly disabled and need the help to maintain balance. I do suggest that the owner also consider providing anti-slip mats for the tubs, or that renters take one of their own for added safety if they are a bit unsteady on their feet. That being said, we and our friends wanted for nothing during our stay and greatly appreciated all the amenities of the casita. I highly recommend it!

The house setup was better than expected. The courtyard was perfect for our 3 year old to play in the mornings and the house was so nice. Everything we needed and more- the location to plaza was ideal along with feeling secluded. Amazing time!!

We found the casita to be better than listed. The Santa Fe charm embraces you as you walk in the door. The property was spotless and the amenities made us feel at home. The bed was a highlight! It was so comfortable that we had difficulty getting up and out of the casita in the mornings. Once we eventually made our way out, the plaza, shops, and restaurants were just steps away. Our car remained safely parked in a large, locked and gated area on the property for the duration of our stay.

We come up to Santa Fe regularly from Albuquerque to enjoy the art scene, music, dinning, and just to play tourist. We've found our romantic hideaway, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Our stay at Two Casitas was wonderful! We walked back and forth to the plaza multiple times. Each of the rooms have different benefits, so it didn't feel like any couple had to make a big compromise on their room. The owners were very easy to work with and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. To top it all off, the views from many different windows of the house were amazing! Would definitely suggest this home for bigger parties who want to be close to everything there is to do in Santa Fe.

Private, clean, quiet, well furnished & comfortable property within walking distance to the Plaza. Comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen. Garage attached. Only negative is no yard. Management mmediately responded to questions. Love the decor with fireplace!

We (my husband and I, my 83 year old mother, my brother, sister-in-law and 1 year old nephew) stayed in the Artist Adobe over the Memorial Day weekend. The home is absolutely charming and beautiful, within an easy walking distance of the The Plaza. The fabulous weather allowed us to enjoy the outdoor patio space during our entire visit. The manager (Richard), was extremely helpful answering all of our questions before our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Two Casitas while in Santa Fe on business. I wish I could have spent more time just enjoying the Casita. I will definitely try to stay there the next time I am in Santa Fe on vacation.

Clean. Quiet. Wonderful outdoor area to hang, sun, dine. We will be going back!

One can get all around Santa Fe using free shuttles or park your car free across the street. There are large rooms with real art everywhere you look. Full kitchen with all equipment if you want to eat in. Lovely living room overlooking La Fonda hotel where we used to stay. Comfortable king bed and pull out leather couch. Bottle of wine waiting for your arrival. Excellent staff. Love this place.

My husband and I stayed at Artist Adobe in April. We absolutely loved the home! It was comfortable inside and outside. The weather was perfect during our stay so we were able to enjoy the very nice and comfortable patio often. The location to the Plaza and Canyon Road was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Also, Richard and Leslie (managers) were delightful, kind and so responsive! It was so quiet and peaceful at Artist Adobe yet within a few minutes walk you can enjoy The Plaza, shopping and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again.
