Absolutely loved our stay! It's beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved the big comfortable bed and fireplace in the living room. It's in a quiet, charming neighborhood but also walking distance to many places. We will definitely stay here when we return to Santa Fe!

We stayed here for a week with 5 adults and two kids. There was more than enough space for everyone. The views from the house are beautiful and the large outdoor space was wonderful to relax and watch the sunsets. I would definitely stay here again. We have rented many houses in different cities across the country, and this house was one of the best we have stayed at.

We are very happy to have found this gem! The rooms are a god size, they keep cool during the day and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is in an enclosed porch and adjacent to a lovely little patio-great place for meals!
The casita is very clean, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

The best part of this rental is the access to the heart of Santa Fe. Literally a few short blocks from the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and a short walk to the plaza. We took a tour with Loretta tours...fabulous introduction to the city. We also visited the art galleries on Canyon Rd as well as the museums on Museum hill. The casita is also close to the highway so touring Los Alamos and Bandelier is easy(and a must)!

We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to relax after touring the city and surrounding sites. This place is fabulous!

Love the location, furnishings, cleanliness, and of course the Santa Fe ambiance! Your own parking and all the amenities including books Santa Fe magazines food and drink. Nice welcome from the owner and off we were exploring!

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. The house was well-appointed in terms of kitchen utensils, appliances, and linens. There were nice touches throughout. The artwork, especially the bison in the snow, was interesting, as were the books in the living room. The yard was private and inviting. The single issue for our small SUV was the long, narrow gravel driveway, with difficult access, unless one could make a wide swing into it. It was lucky that we left before trash day, or we would have had to drag 2 large bins down the gravel to the curb.

This charming property was all that it was advertised on much, much more. The property manager was prompt, professional and accommodating. The adobe was decorated with style, but designed for comfort. All the necessities were provided with additional touches which really gave the feel that you were at home. The kitchen, in particular, deserves special mention with its up-to-date appliances and fully-stocked cabinets with tools and accessories. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens. The bathrooms had first-rate towels in good supply. The location was perfect and just a short stroll to the plaza. I look forward to staying in this delightful adobe again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The interior was lovely and the roof top deck was very nice. There are only 2 reasons I'm not giving it a 5: 1. Walkability. It is in very close vicinity to all of Santa Fe amenities except that from the location walking to town meant you were walking along narrow busy, traffic filled streets. 2. Too small dining table- Another challenge for our group was the size of the dining table with not quite enough chairs. There was a bench which was helpful for our kids, but it would have been uncomfortable for adults. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group.

Great little casita! Just blocks from Csnyon Rosd and in s very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a eeekend getaway!

This is our first time this Santa Fe and we loved it. This casita was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date and the bed is very comfortable with nice pillows as well. The back patio is great for a nice romantic dinner. Overall we loved this place and the Two Casitas team were great they had a nice bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Thanks again!!

My family stayed in this home during spring break. It was my kids' first time seeing snow and we spent a good deal of our time in the mountains skiing. The house was in a great location, right across the street from a narrow park, and within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. The house was clean and well stocked.

I stayed in Carmel for four nights. It is perfect for someone who wants to be in walking distance of the Plaza (10 minutes) and close to Canyon Road (2 minutes). Carmel is one of a cluster of residences set well back from East Palace Road and thus is very quiet.
Carmel is very well constructed and the kitchen is fantastic...everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom spacious (particularly for Santa Fe), and the bathroom great. There is also a washing machine and dryer for those staying longer. You also have covered parking for one car. The place was spotless which is a challenge given Santa Fe's dust. Full marks to the cleaning crew.
The only downside is you have no view. There is a small space outside the living room with a table and four chairs and a barbeque. No big deal unless you were planning to entertain the masses outdoors. So, inside space excellent, outside space compact. But stunning views are just minutes away.
Overall, an excellent place to stay in close and for those that enjoy walking rather than driving.
The Two Casitas folks were also very solicitous and a nice welcome gift awaited me.

We stayed with two families of 5 and 2 adults (who's grown kids couldn't make the trip) and the house could not have been more perfect. All of the kids (6) were downstairs and very comfortable and the two sets of parents were upstairs off of the kitchen while the 2 empty nesters had their own things in a separate space. Seriously great and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Beautiful views from every window. About 30 min to the ski base, beautiful drive!!! Book this house, worth every penny. Thank you for the memories!

The darling cottage met our needs perfectly. We didn't even need to rent a car. Everything was within walking distance ~ grocery store, cafes, coffee shops, the Plaza, etc. Very comfy home tucked into a nice, quiet area. Would love to return to Santa Fe in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being so close to the plaza and many good restaurants. Hope to come back again soon.

Great location. Convenient parking. Quaint and comfortable with all the conveniences needed. Good coffee and welcome gift was appreciated.

We stayed again in Casa La Luz from Two Casitas, and my family was delighted to be in such a cozy home with kiva fireplaces and lots of Santa Fe charm. Wendy and her team were very accommodating and made our stay extra special!!

The Carmel Casita was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. The furnishings were warm and comfortable and the location could not be beat! 15 minutes (at a slow pace) to town and 4 minutes to Canyon Road (be sure to try The Teahouse for dinner!). The casita was extremely well furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything and more that you could ask for. It will be our first choice on our return trip to Santa Fe.
