Great location, lovely and livable interior with a modern Santa Fe vibe. There were only two of us, but the space would work well for 6 people. The kitchen was one of the better equipped I have seen -- sweet extra touches like spices, coffees, and a welcome gift. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with hotel quality pillows and great linens. Would stay again!

Exceeded my expectations. Quiet, clean, overall great experience.
Two Casitas is a very clean place walkable to the Santa Fe Plaza and Fort Marcy Park as well. The no-pet policy is a relief. We were pleased to find some welcome snacks. The house supplies plenty of towels and the bathrooms are perfect. We used the kitchen extensively and appreciated the array of tools at our disposal.
The only area for improvement would be clearer communication about the access to the house. We did not get a digital house key code until a few minutes before check-in time. We imagine most travelers would appreciate having all access codes a day in advance, or at least some transparency about the process.
Overall, we're glad we stayed at Two Casitas and would gladly book again.
Amazing place
What a beautiful home whilst we attended the Santa Fe Opera. Perfect location to walk to the plaza and the rail yard. We appreciated the design of the house and all the amenities.
Beautiful, clean home on a very safe, gated driveway! 6-minute drive to all the restaurants & galleries downtown. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Santa Fe!

An extra note from this last trip - the key code wasnt working when we arrived, one quick phone call to their helpline (which was very conveniently listed) and they were able to remotely get us into the home & reset the code within minutes, when we thought we might be stuck for a bit until someone could swing by. A good example of how dialed in these folks are. Thanks again and see you next time.

This was my third time staying at Tecolote, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. It’s truly one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Fe. The location is incredible, just a minute’s walk from downtown and perfectly situated for exploring all the amazing restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities Santa Fe has to offer.
The home itself is beautifully styled, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The mattress is especially comfortable, and the hot tub is the perfect way to end the day after hiking or exploring. Every detail feels thoughtful and well done.
I can’t recommend Tecolote enough and will absolutely be staying here again. One of the best Airbnbs in Santa Fe!

We had a lovely stay at Two Casitas place just north of Santa Fe. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable. The pool was clean, maintained and had nice loungers; it was an added plus after hot mornings of mountain biking. Highly recommend El Nido for a great meal just a couple minutes down the road. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Santa Fe proper for authentic New Mexican meals. Communication was excellent and Two Casitas was very accommodating when I asked for an early check in. Would definitely stay here again.
We’ve stayed at a number of Two Casitas properties in Santa Fe and they never disappoint. This property was cozy and inviting, had a great location, was charming and private, and really had that “Santa Fe something.” We’d stay at this property again in a heartbeat.
The home is very clean with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked. There are two cooling units for the summer - one in the main room and one in the primary bedroom so it can get a little warm midday but cools off nicely at night. The home has some land around it so it was peaceful with lots of rabbits and birds. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo, spacious, comfortable beds, very well equipped. Pool is very nice, 15 min drive to Santa Fe. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when we come back.
We kept raving about how livable and lovable the space was. My wife now wants to redecorate our house in remembrance of it!
