Even though there was a last minute change of accommodation, they made every effort to give us a good alternative.

Response from Two Casitas

Leah, a last-minute change is never the plan, and knowing the alternative still felt like a good stay is genuinely reassuring to hear. The team worked hard to make that transition smooth, and it means a lot that you noticed.

The apartment/house was extremely quiet, with a beautiful garden.
Unfortunately, we only had hot water for two of four mornings we were there, and had to attention a sister's milestone birthday unbathed (and travel that way, too). Their communication is such that their agency is only open Mon-Fri, 9-5 pm, and thus we had no way to fix the problem over the weekend. To make matters worse, Two Casitas did not offer any refund on the payment we made for the unit. Not having hot water for the four of us to shower is clearly not worthy of paying $550/night.

Beware, other AirBnB customers: this agency (Two Casitas) is all about making money and NOT about making a comfortable, fairly priced stayed for guests.

This is an absolutely beautiful and beautifully furnished home. We had 7 family members for a three day reunion. Although we had lots of rain, the home was spacious, warm and inviting. A wonderful secluded space with nice small courtyards and a wonderful deck and gathering area on the roof.

We cooked two big meals and the kitchen was well stocked and comfortable for many hands to work at once. Lots of fun.

Highly recommend for group gatherings. Just a short drive into downtown Santa Fe.

Response from Two Casitas

Jeff, a three-day family reunion with seven people around that rooftop deck sounds like exactly what the space was made for. Even with the rain rolling in, the courtyards and common areas seem to have kept everyone together and comfortable. A well-stocked kitchen that handles multiple cooks at once is a real bonus for a group that size. Santa Fe in any season makes for a memorable backdrop, and reunions here tend to get repeated.

Thank you, Two Casitas! Vallecita Bonita was beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized! The two patios were comfortable and the fire pit was great for cool evenings! We also enjoyed the snacks that were left for our arrival. Would stay again!

What a comfortable, immaculate, quiet and convenient location for 4 adults! Great touches all around the house. A 10 minute walk to the plaza, close to museums, grocery, restaurants. Host was very communicative. We would highly recommend this casita!

Response from Two Casitas

Susan, a quiet, well-placed spot that four adults can spread out in comfortably is genuinely hard to find, and it sounds like the walkability to the plaza and museums made the whole trip easier. Those thoughtful touches around the house are meant to feel personal rather than generic, so that feedback is appreciated. Anyone looking for a relaxed base close to the best of the neighbourhood will feel right at home here.

Five (5) star review...

The condo was clean, lovely decorated, with all the amenities one would require when vacationing. The Two Casitas staff were always quick to respond providing us with the information we required.

When traveling back to Santa Fe, we will be seeking this to stay here again.

Response from Two Casitas

Ruben, a clean, well-decorated space paired with a team that actually responds quickly makes such a difference when you are far from home. Really glad both came through for your stay. Santa Fe will be here whenever you are ready to come back.

Beautiful space, good location, suited our weekend very well.

Susan M.via Airbnb

Comfortable home within walking distance of coffee shops, the plaza and shops. A great choice of grocery stores nearby.

Response from Two Casitas

Susan, being able to walk to coffee, groceries, and the plaza makes a real difference to how a stay feels, and it sounds like that convenience hit the mark. Hope the neighbourhood pulls you back for another visit.

A lovely Santa Fe house good for a family or friends . Walkable to town and close to everything by car . House was warm clean and a perfect. Would stay here again .

Molly W.via Airbnb

Our stay was great! Lots of space, clean, well designed, walking distance to the plaza! We would definitely book again.

Response from Two Casitas

Molly, a spacious, well-designed place that puts you steps from the plaza is hard to beat, and it sounds like all of that came together for you. Looking forward to having you back.

The Desert Breeze was a great stay for a long weekend. The place was clean and well appointed. The location was easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Fe while being in a more quiet and off the beaten path location.

Response from Two Casitas

Debbie, finding that balance between walkable and genuinely quiet is what makes a long weekend actually feel restful, and downtown Santa Fe being right there without the noise is a combination worth coming back for.

Great place! Steps to Canyon Road with all its great art galleries. Great for 3 couples. Kitchen had everything. We definitely would go back.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group, who were in town for the Wine & Chile Festival

This house was absolutely perfect for our group, who were in town for the Wine & Chile Festival. It would have been an especially genius location for the festival’s original venue, had the event not been moved because of the rain!

The house itself is whimsical and beautiful, with a clean yet eclectic European sensibility. The common areas are filled with light, with so many wonderful little nooks and crannies to relax in. The outdoor space is equally special, with multiple seating areas where you can really enjoy the peace and beauty of the Santa Fe landscape. And the property feels wonderfully private.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own distinct personality and is beautifully appointed. Honestly, no one really wanted to leave. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.

Response from Two Casitas

Jennifer, the way you described those light-filled nooks and the layered outdoor seating areas really captures what makes this place feel so different from a standard rental. A group that genuinely did not want to leave is the best possible sign. The Santa Fe landscape hits differently in festival season, and the privacy of the outdoor space only adds to it. The bedrooms will be ready whenever your group is.

We loved our stay here! When our original booking fell through day-of because of a big water leak, we were contacted right away and re-booked into this BnB with new instructions sent to us right away. We really appreciated the help with booking a new place while we were mid-flight, and they left us lovely little check-in snacks. Home was perfect. Would book with them again!!

Response from Two Casitas

Taylor, navigating a same-day rebooking mid-flight is genuinely stressful, and it sounds like clear communication and those check-in snacks made the landing feel a lot smoother. Anyone looking for a host who shows up when it counts will feel right at home here.

Katherine E.via Airbnb

We had such a wonderful stay in Santa Fe! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and in the perfect location—close enough to easily walk into town while still feeling peaceful and private. It was exactly what we were looking for for a girls’ trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy Santa Fe. We would absolutely stay here again!

Response from Two Casitas

Katherine, that balance of walking into town easily while still feeling like you have your own quiet retreat is exactly what makes this spot work so well for a trip like yours. Sounds like the setting delivered everything a girls' getaway calls for. Hope Santa Fe pulls you back soon.

Olga S.via Airbnb

We were 9 adults and the house was the perfect size. Everyone had their own bedroom. Location is about a 5 minute drive to the main plaza. Super convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet not flushing properly but management was quick to respond.

Response from Two Casitas

Olga, fitting nine adults comfortably with a bedroom each is exactly what that layout was designed for, and being a short drive from the plaza keeps everything easy. Glad the team sorted the bathroom quickly so it didn't slow the group down.

Two Casitas was fabulous! The home and location was charming. Looking forward to coming back to Santa Fe and staying there.

Angela S.via Airbnb

This was a nice place in a good location. Within a one mile walk to old town Santa Fe, in a neighborhood that felt safe. The layout of the house is a little funny - can only access the (rear) t.v. room through the primary or second bedroom. Kitchen was small but functional. But the house worked well for our purposes. A little surprised that each bathroom was provided with only tiny (1oz) bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. Was okay for us, but might not be enough for a larger party staying for an extended period. But overall, we were happy with our stay.

Maureen C.via Airbnb

Fantastic location. Very close to the plaza and canyon road. Very spacious, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Lovely New Mexico style decor. Two car garage and enough space to park an additional vehicle on the property. The Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Response from Two Casitas

Maureen, being steps from the plaza and Canyon Road while having room to actually spread out across the bedrooms and kitchen is a combination that is hard to find. Hope the next trip to Santa Fe brings you back.
