Really cute place, so very quiet at night, beautiful outdoor space that even when you were inside you felt engulfed in light and beauty. Location was equidistant from the Plaza and the Railway area. Loved it.

Loved this stay from start until finish. The whimsical theme set a lighthearted tone for us all! Really appreciated how squeaky clean the space was. So much cuter in person, plus comfortable beds, great towels, and all the kitchenware one could need! We also made friends with a neighborhood kitten who would visit the front door each sunrise for belly rubs and a little treat. Would happily stay here again.

Great location, very walkable and close to lots of activities. It’s listed as a 3bd, but two rooms don’t have doors. One room only has a folding pad, not a real mattress, which was very uncomfortable for the guests in that room. Finding the driveway was also a challenge after dark. The directions could be clearer.
Otherwise the house was nice and clean. Probably wouldn’t recommend for more than one couple but could be nice for a family with kids.
Check in and out was very simple with minimal requirements, which was convenient and appreciated!

Lovely place. Patio was so private and quiet. It is a few miles north of downtown Santa Fe, but it was easy to get into town. Would stay there again!

Very comfortable stay. We only slept in Master bed, but very comfortable. AC worked well and upstairs patio was enjoyable and private. The entire place was very clean, probably cleanest we have stayed in. We do about 8 ABNBs a year and this is one of our favorites. We could not open the garage door from the outside as the code provided did not work. We called and the manager said he would send someone over the next day. They never did, but it was fine as there was a remote garage door opener inside that we used. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Plaza with sidewalks the entire way. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in a great location. Very comfortable, perfect for the two of us. Very clean. Having a garage for our CRV was an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again if ever in Santa Fe.

This spacious yet cozy adobe house was just right for our kids & grandkids. Lots of space to be together or find a quiet spot. The charming kitchen had above average equipment.

We had a truly exceptional stay in this lovely home. We plan to come back in the future as our family felt very comfortable here. It was spotless when we arrived.

Loved our weeks stay here. Was going to wait until I got home to write review but just arrived at our next AirBnb and realised how special this one is. Have you ever stayed places where the wine glasses are thin and tiny and the kitchen utensils are old and blunt- yes they are all there but it’s not what you would buy to use at home. Not here - every thing feels quality - from the chunky plates and whole cupboard full of every size glass you could need to the kitchen appliances - nothing has been skimped on just because it is a rental. The bedding and towels are immaculate. A lot of thought has went into making you feel it’s someone’s home that they’ve let you stay in. The location is a very easy drive into town and has some great hiking nearby. If you want to stay somewhere near Santa Fe without being in town then this won’t disappoint.

Hosts are responsive and friendly, but we had issues with a handful of things and wished we had known we’d be experience problems with bugs inside the home, and also lack of bathroom privacy.
-Pest control: There were a ton of bugs throughout our week long stay, and it worsened gradually. When we arrived there were dead bugs within the door shades/window blinds, and we had to end up using our own personal vacuum to clean up the bug corpse/cemetery. They stated there has been no history of bed bugs but there was bed bug & flea spray found under sink
-Kitchen: Ants were an issue but manageable as long as no food was left out. We were not informed of this beforehand and so we didn’t pack any Tupperware or sealed containers. Additionally, there’s no dishwasher so you have to spend a decent amount of time cleaning after every meal
-Bathroom: The bathroom door doesn’t actually close completely, and also doesn’t have a light switch located on the inside (its located on outside of bathroom)

Regarding the dishwasher, our listing includes a full breakdown of available amenities, and we always encourage guests to review those before booking. We're sorry about the bathroom door, we didn’t know you had trouble with it, but we’ll definitely check and address it. For future guests, our goal is always to provide a 5-star experience. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Be aware that the streets in the entire neighborhood are more like narrow alleyways, but that adds to the quaint adobe-style Santa Fe vibe. The other caution I have to mention, which was beyond Two Casitas's control, but to which they were extremely responsive, was that during our stay we had an invasion of ants in the kitchen. An exterminator was sent, but the next day it rained, and the ants returned. It happens, but we couldn't use the kitchen counter or table and had to keep all our dry food in the oven. We were sightseeing all day anyway, and otherwise had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Our stay at the two Casitas (Casa de Lorenzo) was simply magical. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible attention to detail in every single thing—it's clear that the hosts have poured so much love into these spaces. Each casita is a masterpiece of design, blending authentic charm with modern comforts. The decor, from the handcrafted furniture to the local art on the walls, made us feel like we were living in a beautiful storybook.
And the hot tub! It was the perfect addition to our evenings. After a day of exploring, sinking into the warm, bubbling water under a canopy of stars was pure bliss. It's perfectly situated for privacy and offers a tranquil view of the surrounding landscape. The hosts thought of everything, right down to the plush towels and soft lighting that made the experience even more relaxing.
