My mother and I had a wonderful time at this house. The property was spotless and check in and check out was as easy as could be. We appreciated the complimentary cookies and soaps that the two casitas provided. We loved the beautiful view from the porch and we both had so much fun cooking together in the kitchen. The art is spectacular and we would definitely come visit again!

In my opinion, this property does not have curb appeal; but WOW, once you step inside it is beautiful.Extremely clean, maintained, and everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and furnishings.

The home was beautiful and well-decorated, super clean, and close to downtown and to hikes. The beds were comfortable! It was the perfect stay for Santa Fe. Would recommend!

A beautiful home with a modern adobe style. The patios and gardens were very unique and peaceful. A great place to relax and yet be only a 5 minute drive from the Plaza. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the home for your stay in Santa Fe. Two Casitsas were very professional and helpful. Book and you won’t be disappointed.

Santa Fe offers a lot of touristy things to do but what I needed was a vacation. I didn’t need to second-guess that this place was clean. It was immaculate. I felt like I was walking into a very high-end home with collectors artwork. It was not only beyond beautiful immaculately clean it had Little special things for the guest. This place is not far from town and it had such a beautiful view plus the owners had put up birdfeeders so that we had a variety of wildlife. They also put a robe out for every person. These touches not only made a difference. I wanna come back to this place. It was everything I needed and I can’t thank you enough.

We've stayed in a lot of house rentals over the years. This is probably the best. Super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to pretty much anything within downtown Santa Fe. Quiet complex and assigned parking spot. Kitchen and house were well stocked with anything you'd need. I'll stay here again when back in the area. Thanks for everything!

Two casitas was one of the better appointed airbnbs I have experienced. Clean, comfortable, and a lovely private patio.

The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Everything was better than expected and the yard was a sanctuary for enjoying the outside air and hummingbirds

Comfortable and cozy - we had a great time at Carmel. The casita was very clean and easy to get around. The kitchen was complete with everything you’d need to feel at home. We easily walked to Canyon Road and downtown. There is a parking place available for your vehicle and convenient to the casita. We will definitely return to Santa Fe and stay at Carmel again.

What a fantastic stop! We loved this place. It felt so homey and comfortable. Every detail was thought of. Plenty of coffee for mornings, a welcome gift and every amenity that you could need. Highly recommend!

Accurate description. Spacious. Quiet. Well equipped. Easy to walk most places. Would stay again.

Beautiful views! All of the kitchen supplies (pot, pans, utensils etc,) were new. So was the patio grill. Very spacious and all beds (including the sofa sleeper) were comfortable. One of the best Air Bnb we have stayed in. Be advised, tho, if stairs challenge you this might be a difficult stay.

Perfect location, perfect communication, charming casita. Would eagerly stay again.

Had an excellent stay overall and loved the house, amenities, premises, neighborhood. The house is spacious with good sleeping spaces, highly serviceable kitchen, and great indoor & outdoor spaces to hang out for both adults and kids. One thing that we weren't sure about from the pictures, but were pleasantly surprised to find: the room with the yellow foldout couch is fully private as a sleeping space, so there are 5 full bedrooms.

Among several spots of disrepair, a few are important to be aware of / inquire if they're fixed:
- The back double door (going out to the grill/porch area) turned out not to actually lock (it can simply be pushed open even with the lock engaged). Important to renovate this to ensure the house, guests, and the guests' property are safe.
- There is a loose wire by an electrical socket in the secondary guest house bedroom. May be a hazard for children.

Everything was just perfect. It was so comfortable and inviting after a long day of sight seeing. The location is so convenient to everything. Our little dog felt right at home and a park was just a block away. When we come back to Santa Fe we definitely want to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Spectacular property , awesome view and impeccably clean.

Comfortable for one or two visitors. Great location to Canyon Road and downtown. Clean and cozy with interior charm of Southwest. If staying for longer period would prefer a spot with more windows as light is such a key factor to visiting Santa Fe.

Great house that maintains a secluded feel while being less than 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. The property was super clean and comfortable!

What a perfect little get away spot! I loved the different comfy outdoor spaces, but the inside was just as pretty and comfortable. This place goes to the top of my list for my next visit!
