The Casita was really delightful and more than we expected. It was comfortable and very quiet, which was expected; but we were surprised at how convenient the location was. We were in Santa Fe primarily to attend the Opera and were delighted at how direct a drive it was to the venue. We have stayed in a number of different properties in Santa Fe and found this to be one of the most walkable to the center of town. All in all, made for a delightful week in Santa Fe. We can't wait to come back.

What a fabulous place to stay!!!! Communication was excellent checking in and out. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Extremely clean!!!!! Short walk to the plaza and Railyard. I would highly recommend!!

This is a comfortable house in a peaceful location, yet it was very easy to zip over to Canyon road and the center of town.
The main attraction for our summer stay in Santa Fe proved to be the house's lovely outdoor patio area, complete with a gentle fountain pond, beautiful landscaping, birds, butterflies and big skies, so serene and relaxing, thank you!

While not my first stay with Two Casitas, this was my first stay in a property in the Railyard District. This property was the perfect launchpad for daily walks, finding great coffee shops and enjoying all the district has to offer.

Roomy, great place for a family vacation. Don’t plan on working. WiFi is spotty at best. Great rooftop deck for star watching.

The six of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chula Vista home . The interior was beautiful. The rooms were great. The water pressure was beyond fabulous. We loved our king bed as was very comfortable in this suite we stayed in and also enjoyed the deck, and the deck view out the bedroom door.
Waking up and being able to open the door and look out to the mountains was superb and in the evenings we saw some wonderful views.
The AC worked wonderfully. The house had a great layout and only 2 steps to front door, as we liked no stars to deal with.
Our questions with the Two Casita staff was expertly resolved. They were attentive and so professional.
The balcony’s were better than the images really. Lots of kitchen space and eating areas.
I would highly recommend this property.. And may book again when the occasion arises.
Oh and they had a nice welcome gift / note upon arrival.

Very cute adobe with lots of character. We had a maintenance issue that plagued us during our stay and the staff didn't keep us up to date. We felt it was urgent but they always used the messaging app in AirBnB instead of just picking up the phone to call. Eventually they just stopped communicating. Maintenance issue never got resolved so we had to go without a bathroom for the weekend. I spoke with a manager a day or two after checking out and she agreed to refund a portion of our stay but I haven't heard back more since that call and no adjustments on my card yet. If they keep their promise with that adjustment, I'd feel better about a 4Star review because the location is really great. I recommend this house for a single family but not for couples. There are no bedroom doors on the second and third bedrooms so it's awkward with multiple couples. Especially if one of the bathrooms is out of order.

We’re very sorry about the maintenance issue and the breakdown in communication during the weekend. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to go without a bathroom. Regarding the partial refund we promised, unfortunately Airbnb requires all refunds to process through their system, which can create delays outside our control. Please don’t take our lack of direct updates as a lack of care—we remain committed to making this right, but we are bound by Airbnb’s procedures. It seems the dip in confidence comes less from our conversations during your stay and more from the slow pace of Airbnb’s refund process, and we regret that this has affected your overall impression. We’re glad you enjoyed the charm of the adobe and the location, and we also appreciate your thoughtful note about the layout. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly value you sharing it with us.

The brown couch in the pictures has been replaced with a modern style cream colored couch, does not really fit with the other decor. We found the new couch very uncomfortable.

The TV is not a smart TV or have USB plugs for a firestick. We ended up watching YouTube TV on our computer. Does have basic cable TV.

The place is great for short stay 2-3 nights. We were there for 10 days and found the place to be a bit small for a longer stay.

The location was great for walking to upper Canyon Road restaurants.
