Excellent location! A short and easy walk to the Railyard, Plaza, and Canyon Road. And some great charm in the interior. Loved the carved wooden doors. And the books on the bedroom bookcase were fascinating, including a very helpful guide of Santa Fe area hikes. Two Casitas was also very friendly and helpful, as usual.
For our group, the family room furnishings were not very comfortable though, making end-of-the-day TV time much less enjoyable. And the kitchen area was a bit cramped and not as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. But it may be a great fit for other groups not planning to use the family room area or not needing a lot of kitchen space.
If proximity to the downtown neighborhoods is your top priority, this may be a great fit!
