It was delightful beyond our expectations! We spent more time in the casita than we have at any other place we've stayed in Santa Fe, and we've been going to SF for more than 30 years.
Highly recommend this property. The communication with the property team was outstanding.

The only recommendation I would have is that the information that we receive from Two Casitas should be more specific for your property. We wondered if Encantada had a hot tub. We did not think so but when I received information about staying there from Two Casitas that document mentioned a hot tub. Other than that everything was perfect!!!!!!

A lovely home with charm, comfort and location. Well-appointed and equipped with everything you need, beautiful decor and walking distance to central Santa Fe. The outdoor space is secluded and quiet. The weather in SF makes the lack of AC a non-issue. Spotless upon arrival and very accommodating hosts. We will be back!

Garcia Street Adobe is a wonderful home for a Santa Fe holiday. The owners have made sure every detail is perfect. Great kitchen and living room to hang out in. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. House is well-maintained and immaculately clean.

Our favorite area was the outdoor patio and courtyard. Kids had plenty of room to play and we knew they were safe.

This is a wonderful house for families.

This casita is lovely and very comfortable for 6 people. It includes a very well outfitted kitchen, a comfortable living area, great beds and an incredible outdoor space. When we arrived it was very clean and we were pleased to be immersed in such tasteful decor.

While we were there, our experience with the rental agent was less than ideal. We had concerns about parking and he was snippy and somewhat apathetic. While the parking issues were certainly not the fault of the rental agent, his initial response was unhelpful. Important to note, there was ample off street parking at the casita but because of road work, it was hard to access during our stay.

Again, the casita was lovely and very welcoming.

Fun fun fun

I have stayed at this property twice and each time thoroughly enjoyed the time there. It is conveniently located but still a little out of the way so you feel the quite of being in a private home. The property is well decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is wonderful even tho we did not cook other than have breakfast. The yard and private patio's perfect for eating outside or meditation. I hope to stay again next year.

It's a great location. It's very quiet and restful. It's the perfect size for me. (Or for a couple, I'd guess.) My one complaint is that the furniture (both indoors and outdoors) is not very comfortable for sitting for long periods of time. Given that I do a lot of reading when I'm there because of the St. John's seminars I'm attending, this is a negative for me.

Two friends and I stayed at the Artist Adobe and enjoyed the easy access to town and Starbucks only a block away for morning coffee! It was clean (important), private, and had almost everything we needed. I especially liked having a refrigerator that dispensed filtered ice and water. What it didn't have was airconditioning, and though the bedroom windows allowed a cool evening breeze, I was not comfortable leaving them open at night. It could definitely benefit from a few mini-splits or even some attractive bars on the bedroom windows since they can't be seen from the street.

Our family, including a set of twins, enjoyed our stay at Two Casitas! House is well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable and well located. Will do it again! Thank you!!

Loved the house, the perfect outdoor space and great location!

I would note that there were quite a few ants out on the patio and also in the master (1st floor) bathtub. Not sure how they were getting in there.

Thank you for providing a cooler! We used that quite a bit.

The standing fan did not seem to work but the box fan came in very handy :-)

We had a fantastic stay in Acoma!!

Just the greatest, authentic Santa Fe adobe. You feel like you've gone back to the Spanish days but with all the modern conveniences. Many great restaurants within walking distance but the kitchen here is so nice you want to cook. Comfort, convenience and authentic if I had to put it in three words.

Perfect accommodations for two couples. Loved the authentic, cottage southwest style furnishings and walkability to the historic plaza! We'd definitely return if planning another Santa Fe visit!

Everything was wonderful!
The kitchen experience would benefit to have:
• Correct coffee filters for the coffee maker (needed basket style, yet cone were provided)
• Kitchen-size pair of tongs for cooking (not the BBQ ones, those were great for the grill only)
• An extra cooking spatula and a large cooking/serving spoon
• Cooking spray
• A drape or door to cover the laundry machines (I know that would not be easy). Maybe one of those curved curtain rods they use in hotels for shower curtains. It would extend outward enough to hide everything.

Just loved our stay though and wish we could have stayed longer!!

Always very satisfied!!! Each place we have stayed has had its on unique atmosphere....so cozy and romantic. Absolutely loved our weekend stay...even read a great book that was already there for the choosing ?

The pool area was locked although I could hear it was in use. I assumed that I did not have access to it. If pool is not available, then listing needs amendment; if it is available, then maybe some instructions how to get in plus some swimming towels would be useful.
