Desert Breeze, one of the charming residences in the Two Casitas collection, is very well situated for walks into town (6 blocks from the historic square and all on the flat) and drives throughout the beautiful New Mexico territories. Convenient by car to major shopping area with drug and grocery stores. The decor is scrumptious, attention to detail wonderful, and the kitchen perfect for cooking when you tire of eating out!

Garcia Street Adobe was the perfect vacation home to relax and get away from it all with our family and friends. While not overstated, the decor was very New Mexican and you could tell a great deal of thought had gone into it. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples providing enough distance to feel private. We enjoyed dinning in the dinning room, resting on the patio and hanging out in the large 2 area living room. We had a chef come make dinner one night, because we loved being in the house so much. We also had a wonderful local massage therapist come to the house for a treat for the ladies. The location couldn't be better. It's a short walk to the unique coffee shop that the locals use, as well as Canyon Road to the art galleries. We couldn't stop talking about what a great house it was, you could almost stay in the whole time. The automatic gate at the entrance to the driveway was like a piece of art in itself and provided lots of privacy. Would definitely stay here again when we return! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the decor was perfect - I can't say enough good things about our stay at this lovely home. It was so clean - which made me feel immediately comfortable! The furniture and decor was cozy...which made me feel like I was at home. The outdoor area is like an oasis - every evening we would sit outside and drink a glass of wine. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you!

We traveled from St. Paul, MN for my daughter's graduation from St. John's College. This house was the perfect reception for our family of 5 and my 2 sisters, plenty of room for everyone with great amenities. We cooked family meals daily in the great kitchen wonderfully supplied with all of our needs. We walked to the galleries on Canyon Road, and to the plaza. The setting was stunning yet tranquil, and we all loved lying in the hammock overlooking the mountain across the way. The hot tub was a fun bonus after a long day of walking and shopping. None of us wanted to leave and hope to return to this lovely retreat soon. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

MAGNIFICIENT

I have never stayed at a better equipped, relaxing, beautifully decorated vacation home. Easy walk to Santa Fe's best coffee shop, the Canyon Road galleries and to the Plaza. Loved the privacy of the three separate bedroom suites. Fabulous gourmet kitchen.

100% awesome, a must stay venue and property to do repeat visits at!

This casita was in the perfect spot to explore Santa Fe. It's only a few blocks from the main square and the new Railyard District, so being able to walk was a plus. Instructions were straightforward and easy, and they were very quick to answer questions. It is small, so it would be a tight fit for four, but it was perfect for two women on a mom's getaway. It was well stocked, and the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay!

Our group of three women enjoyed our stay at Acoma. While we were aware of several improvements that were needed, they did not affect the quality of our visit. We enjoyed staying a distance from town, while some might prefer being closer in. The morning and evening breezes were divine! We come to Santa Fe quite often, and like to vary our experiences there. This experience was relaxing and comfortable.

As mentioned above, we’ve rented homes all over the world (including exclusive chateaus across Europe and million dollar ski chalets in places like Vail, Aspen and Breckenridge) but Tecolote was special. The owners obviously have an eye for design, flow and comfort. Fom the collection of alebrijes to the original works by Bill Risbourg, it was a true Santa Fe and New Mexico immersion. The home is obviously in need of some major maintenance (the ceiling plaster is cracking and peeling all over the upstairs) and an electric kettle would go a long way, but neither of those things would deter me from booking again.

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful, perfectly located, full of thoughtful art and special touches and a very well equipped kitchen ideal for gourmet cooking.

We were surprised by how much we enjoyed Plaza Casita. We would stay again! Lighting in the kitchen was not working and needs to be checked. However, we were not cooking! Also, the
Door to the hallway from the master br could be more secured for a sense of safety. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and quiet. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only negative is that it could use new patio furniture.

I was impressed with entire experience. Everything was well organized and beautifully arranged.

The only item I would improve is including instructions on how to use the AC unites. We had some challenges with getting the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms to work and it became warm and stuffy upstairs at times. Will was very nice about trying to help us with tips and suggestions but we still couldn't figure it out.

We had an amazing girls' getaway weekend at this lovely house. The communication with the individuals who take care of the place were wonderful and they continually checked-in as we were getting closer to our arrival as well as during our stay. The house was well located, easily walkable to the plaza (if desired), clean and very comfortable. There are places throughout the place that you can get away from a crowd as well as be comfortable staying together. The outside porch is delightful and spacious as well. Highly recommend this house for a large gathering.

Lovely house in a lovely setting with excellent management. The main issue is, as they note, there is only one shower in the house. We had six adults, and that was too much. Possibly four adults who would share the one shower, or a family. If the den is used as a bedroom, it is necessary for the people in the end bedroom to walk through it, or go outside, to get to the living areas. The living room is great, well- equipped kitchen, nice hot tub. The only issue, really, is the shower situation. But it is an issue.
