The home was charming and spacious. The kiva fireplace was a great addition. The kitchen was really well stayed stocked. Although we were here in March, we were able to enjoy the outdoor area during the day. There were six adults and it fit us all very comfortably. The location was excellent - literally down the street from the Georgia O’Keefe museum and walkable to the Plaza. There were several good restaurants just up the street. This home is a gem.

I'm looking forward to staying at a different Two Casitas property on our next trip to Santa Fe

Great property and experience! Owners were very helpful and responsive. Location was convenient. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Loved it!

Our little casita was adorable. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, wine and chips and salsa. The house was just adorably decorated with a fully functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom lovely. The only concerns we had were that (1) the furniture in the living area was not comfortable for sitting more than a few minutes. (2) The casita sits very close to Alameda Avenue, which is a busier street that I anticipated, especially on Saturday night. Because I had my white noise machine I was able to sleep ok. My friend in the back bedroom had no problem with the street noise.

This was a perfect property for my party to stay in. We appreciated the welcoming touches, the stocked amenities and the room to let our kids explore and play.

Thank you so much! We had a great stay at Encantada. Just a few minor things that might need to be fixed. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wobbles when it is turned on, the black-out shades have a tendency to fall down when being adjusted (also the master bedroom), and it would be nice if the kitchen had either cling wrap or aluminum foil stocked. The property is beautiful though and we had a great time.

The house was bright and cheery. It was well equipped with good beds, towels and kitchen needs. Two Casitas was a great company to work with.

This was our first time in Santa Fe. It’s a beautiful place full of interesting sights, including the art and history as well as spectacular surroundings. We had lots to do and a cozy place to come home to.

Our family of 8 came for a week of skiing! Encantada had all the sleeping and hanging out space we needed. And the highlight of the home is the beds--we've rented all over the world and the beds are usually lacking....but all of us (except those in the twin beds because they are short beds, not the XL twins!) raved daily about the quality of the mattresses and the bedding! We spent time in the kitchen, the dining room, the bedrooms for sleeping and the downstairs living. We literally went from waking to breakfast, skiing all day, to showers, dinner and some hanging out before we crashed for the night. We played games and watched March Madness in the living; one of our girls had to work on homework and she enjoyed the two little chairs and table near the windows, but still in the midst of the family. I cooked two full meals for our crew each day--the kitchen is situated so that I could still be part of the group and engage in what everyone else was doing in the downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed the home and our time there!

The only thing the house was missing were pillow cases for the extra pillows. There were only two cases for one of the beds and lots of pillows with no cases in the closet. We used both pull out beds. Also the shower and bath lights in the master were out. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is truly a home. Every amenity has been thought of. And the decor is so wonderfully considered that we felt as if we lived there (and wish we did!}. Close to everything. And a short walk to Canyon Road. Snow fell as we checked out and made our stay all the more wonderful. Great House!

We had a wonderful week in Santa Fe at Tecolote. The location was perfect, and the house was charming. The beds and linens were excellent -- something I am picky about! If there were any recommended improvements I would make, it would be to redo/repair the decking and railings on the upper balcony. We loved it so much up there -- we practically lived out there morning and night -- because of the spectacular sun and views. But, many of the floor boards are warped and rotting and splintering apart, as is the railing. You can't go out there without shoes, and even with shoes, there were many spots where it was easy to trip and/or step on loose boards, and my kids got splinters from the railings twice. Given what an outstanding feature of the house this deck/balcony is, I really think it deserves a makeover to make it as practical as it is enjoyable a spot to relax. Thanks!

We use Homeaway as often as possible. This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed. The casita is perfect for whatever the purpose of your stay. Ours was business/pleasure, and it was more than comfortable for both. It is a five minute walk to the Plaza or Railyard. It is convenient to the main roads.
The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Responsive and friendly.
We make this trip frequently and we plan on using this home again if it’s available.

Casita was perfect for myself, husband and small dog. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the Kiva. Location was great for galleries, restaurants & shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and look to have been renovated recently. It was very close to the Plaza in fact walkable. Love the decor and there was very comfortable seating. Only negative is that the beds are very high, but comfortable. I would book with Two Casitas again.

My family and I were scheduled to stay at Pinon Vista, but a few months beforehand, the property manager contacted me and said that the owners of Pinon Vista would like to do a major upgrade. The manager offered to let us rent another excellent rental property, which turned out to be wonderful. So, I can't speak for Pinon Vista (other than to say that it probably has a fantastic new kitchen!), but I can certainly speak for the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of the property managers.

This house was great!! We were 6 women from all over on our annual girls weekend. Really comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was fab!! Big living room with lots of comfortable couches and a wood burning fire place (which we used everyday because it was chilly) Walking distance to the plaza was perfect for our group.
