This is in a perfect location of walking distance to so many things. The inside looked just like the photos. It’s the perfect size for two to stay in. Very clean. Parking was perfect and the valet guys even delivered our luggage to and from. Very pleased.

Walkable to the plaza, restaurants and shops. Outdoor spaces were fantastic and house was very comfortable.

Everything was beautiful and would recommend this house to anyone.

We really enjoyed the property, it’s unique plan and layout, and we loved how close the house is to Canyon Road and some of our favorite places in that area to visit, like Garcia Street Bookstore. The kitchen is spaciously laid out with the full range of cookware and appliances that we needed. Our daughter in particular loved the quaint and beautiful north garden, and the living areas and library are comfortable and inviting. We’d love to stay there again!

We had a great visit. It was in an ideal location and nestled in such a cool little spot. Lots or privacy. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Two big thumbs up!

306 Alegre was a great space in a great location. It was a 15 walk to the plaza area where there are many galleries and restaurants. It is a condo so there are close neighbors but we didn't see or hear any. The outdoor space is a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. We had a small issue when we got there but it was quickly resolved.

The entire suite was very nicely furnished and decorated. Very comfortable and plenty of areas to relax. Would definitely recommend and return.

The home was very nice , clean, and comfortable the fire place was nice to look at but was not functional (September stay didn’t need it) air conditioning was good we did use the coffee pot and coffee otherwise we didn’t cook the refrigerator we used to keep bottled water cold my only complaint was that we ran out of Toilet paper used facial kleenex the last day , there was 5 of us would stay again we were able to get to wherever we wanted easily and the drive was close to restaurants and the food was great!!!

Awesomely located near the square. We walked to different restaurants every night. Amazing location for the burning of the Zozobra. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and walkable location. Well stocked kitchen. Yummy coffee and snacks on arrival.
